I've used Perfect Temp HVAC exclusively for well over 15 years. So have other members of my family. Over the years they've installed an air handler, a water heater, and two AC units. Great, honest company.

These guys are Awesome! We had a new system installed a little over a year ago which has been preforming better than expected. Everyone working here has done an outstanding job weather by phone or when coming onsite and would definitely recommend Perfect Temp to everyone! Thanks for the great service.

Steve just replaced our 11 year old thermostats with smart thermostats, fixed our heater and balanced the heat downstairs to where it finally works properly. Highly recommend these guys.

Perfect Temp is awesome to work with!!! They have performed maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner for over 4 years now. Easy to schedule appointments and they are always on time, if not early. When it came time to replace our furnace (after 20 years) Chris and his team gave several options, explaining the differences clearly with no bias towards any specific model. They want what's right for you and your budget. Installation was on time and on budget! Highly recommend using Perfect Temp for your yearly maintenance as well as replacing older units. Top notch!

They do what you request on a very timely basis. They have been doing excellent work on our geothermal and conventional systems. They have been doing our work for 10+ years after we had trouble with several other companies. I especially like the tracking alert they use to let us know accurately when they will arrive. I am so happy that I found Perfect Temp. I use them in our own home and in a rental property I manage and they have saved the day numerous times! The receptionist Stephanie is extremely kind, caring and professional. Their new tech is wonderful and so easy to work with. He knows what he is doing, he is prompt, respectful and professional. Perfect Temp has installed a new AC for us, a heating system for us and performed maintenance as needed. They are always quick to respond, fairly priced and easy to work with. They have also quickly and thoroughly dealt with any issues we have had regarding their service. It seems like they really care about their clients which is a rare thing! I highly, highly recommend giving Perfect Temp a call the next time you need help with your AC or furnace!

We have used Perfect Temp since we built our home in 2013. They are always prompt, work hard to get to our service as quickly as possible, and I know I can fully trust them. No sketchy attempts at sales or unnecessary repairs. They take care of what needs to be done and are professional and friendly. We will never use another company!

If I could give Stephen more than 5 stars, I would. He was friendly, professional and efficient. My AC was working again in under an hour and the price was extremely fair. Highly recommend!!

I started using Perfect temp because they were the first to get back to me in an emergency. I stay with them because they do a thorough job and don’t charge you for things you don’t need.I like that they are a small, local company so the money we spend here goes back into our region. Perfect temp also sends reminders with the picture of the technician coming and a thorough list of what they did in your invoice. Technician Steve does a great job!

From sales to completed installation, the PerfectTemp people were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My 20 something year old house was not originally designed for geothermal so it required some ingenuity and skill to adapt the new equipment and convert the existing systems. They did a fine job and I recommend them.

Perfect Temp is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Working with the office is great(which is important to the customer and the technicians that work for the company!)A kind human answers the phone every time I have called over the last 3 years. They have been out to about 10 homes I help care for, for a variety of jobs. Scott and Steven have worked with us a lot and they are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. They respect the space and the people and clean up well after they are finished. The office texts a picture of the person coming to service your equipment when they are on their way so you know who to open the door to. They are fair with their prices for the quality of service they provide. So if you use them -please be good to them-you will be wanting them to come back! 😊

Perfect Temp was contracted through our geothermal drilling company to install a backup hot water heater and some additional HVAC and electrical work in December 2020. Just last night the hot water heater they installed started leaking water all over our mechanical room. The water heater had rusted out from the top and the bottom.

After having a new plumber come in today to install a new water heater, we learned that Perfect Temp installed the wrong fixtures for the ingress water lines, which caused the upper leak. They also installed a drain pan which went into our crawlspace, but never went anywhere else. So they essentially flooded part of our crawlspace because they never finished piping the drain pan outdoors.

Given the number of failures with a simple hot water heater install, we're sincerely thinking of taking Perfect Temp to small claims court if they refuse to remedy this situation.
