Spencer, the technician, arrived on time, throughly cleaned furnace & humidifier, & cost was less than I thought it would be. What impressed me most was his energy & determination to truly make things right. Why can't more businesses function like this in today's world?

Two young men came to clean the furnace and were very professional. They wore covers over their shoes and wore masks. They were very nice and friendly to me and to my very large doggie. I’m impressed with this company and I’m sure you will be too.

The service tech, Devon, did a great job of servicing our ground source geothermal heating & cooling system and the humidifier system. He also updated the settings on our electronic thermostat for improving the air circulation throughout the house.

They were outstanding! Our AC froze up and our whole heating and cooling system needed replaced. They did it in a faster time than expected and the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend them and will use them whenever needed!

Devon was our technician. He was both personable and professional. He systematically diagnosed and repaired our AC. Upon completion, he waited to check his work to ensure the repair was successful. Great job and excellent communication from initial phone call, to followup.

Chris at Perfect Temp is awesome. When I needed a Furnace and AC he answered all my questions up front pricing and was on time. The installers respected my home with tarps shoe covers etc. I would highly recommend Perfect Temp HVAC.

I struggle giving a bad rating because the team, especially Chris, have been generally decent to work with but it's now been 2 years since I contracted them to install a heat pump to replace an AC. This was supposed to solve my cooling issues and in addition provide enough heat for my home but it doesn't do either well. I don't believe it was sized correctly and/or the zoning done correctly. The system is noisy and performs so poorly that we have chosen to leave it turned off. The zoning was done in a way that was easy to implement but makes no sense as far as zoning is suppose to work. So now I'm $20k+ into a system that is useless. I've gone back and forth with them on and while they have agreed it needs work done to address my concerns, they haven't done anything to resolve it. I'm not questioning their integrity or honesty but perhaps this was too complex of a project and they should have either turned it down or come out to fix the issues until the system worked as planned. In the end I've spent what I consider a lot of money on something that is absolutely worthless and that's not okay.

Perfect Temp was immediately responsive to our weekend emergency call when our geothermal heating system failed. They kept us up and running (and warm!) for several weeks while different parts were shipped from the manufacturer to make repairs. Top notch technicians, customer service and timely communications regarding status of repair parts on order.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I had regarding my geo-thermal heat pump. Distance is a bit of an issue, but overall, the price I paid for a major repair was fair.

Having had a couple of problems these last 12 months with both my AC and heating, I've come to rely on this company. They are quick to answer calls and have always been able to fit me into their schedule. Ray  Burgher is always courteous, knowledgeable, and quick at fixing things. I highly recommend Perfect Temp for all your heating a cooling needs.
