We were able to get service on a cold weekend for our GEOthermal unit. Lucky for us it was not a large problem. Our tech was friendly, easy to work with & efficient. We appreciate the great service we always get with Perfect Temp.

Left multiple jobs unfinished. Leave without speaking to management about where the job stands and don't return to finish the job. Used to be great but something changed around the beginning of the year and everything has been a battle since. Had a preventative maintenance contract that they never fulfilled. Had to continuously contact them after deadlines were missed. Failed to order parts, failed to provide quotes, sold us a defective water heater that quit after 18 months and charged us over $5,000 to replace it! Even though it was under manufacturer warranty. Don't bother. Plenty of others to choose from.

I own Capitol Exterior, LLC and had the opportunity to work with Dave on a unique project which 3 other HVAC contractors wouldn’t touch. He took the project without hesitation, built some custom curbs & flashings for my project and installed them within my crunched timetable. His employees were incredible and the install went great. My client is very happy. I’d highly recommend Kuck Mechanical and would be happy to work with them again.

Kuck installed a commercial kitchen hood in my restaurant a little over 3 years ago, it was never installed correctly and has never worked correctly. After repeated calls multiple times a year explaining that it still doesn't work and has never worked they continue to send techs out and bill me every time and have yet to fix the botched install. I would never use this company for any commercial job again.

It's very telling that the business reply to my review is completely wrong and inaccurate. The hood was installed in January 2022. The final inspection was March of 2022.The restaurant opened in April of 2022. They have no record of the installation they did... The invoice records they do have in December 2022 and invoice in February in 2023 are from service calls related to the hood not functioning. There was a total of 4 service calls between the end of 2022 and 2023 with the last invoice for service sent in 2024. With it still not working.

At the end of 2023 Dean and I agreed to a service agreement and voided the charges for the previous service invoices because he agreed that it was installed poorly and the subsequent service calls were related to that. Their timeline just like their records and just like their work is poor.

The continued exceptional customer service Kuck Mechanical has shown me and my family over the years has been phenomenal. We have used their services both on residential and commercial buildings, each time they go above and beyond always standing by their work. The most recent experience with Kuck Mechanical was awesome! We had called them out on an after hours service on a weekend. They did not just show up and fix our heating and cooling system, but they all pulled together, provided child care to one of their techs who came out on this emergency call and like always treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. This is truly a company who cares about both their employees and customers! Thank you Kuck Mechanical, you guys rock!

Steve replaced my entire A/C unit when it finally quit working, and also our furnace. He did a great job, and is very easy to work with. He saved us several thousand dollars, as his price to replace these major mechanical items was just a fraction of the previous estimate I had received from one of the larger companies. I would very much recommend giving MAM a try, you'll get a great job done, at a very fair price. He's now my go-to guy for all my HVAC needs.

Steve does excellent work. He fixed the furnace flow rate at our house, and maintains our rental HVAC system. He installed a complete system at our shop just recently and it looks and works great.

I would 10/10 recommend Steve to anyone who has any HVAC needs or wants! He installed a mini split, cleaned the unit for me, and did it extremely quick! He was on time and came in under his original bid. We will be having him back for service in the future! Thanks Steve!

Other companies were charging beyond what I could afford. Then I found Mountain Air Mechanic Contractors which perfectly fit my budget, not only that Steve Young had excellent service with overall satisfaction. I will most definitely be referring everyone to him.

I was having an intermittent issue with my furnace and the first two companies I hired were unsuccessful at properly diagnosing the problem. Then I came across Mountain Air Mechanical. Steve really listened to my description of the issue. Within minutes of looking at the furnace, he noticed what turned out to be the problem….the angle of one of the flue pipes was off, preventing proper draining of condensation and interfering with venting properly. He fixed the slope of the pipe and I have not had the problem since. Steve’s experience was evident in the thoughtful way he looked over the system as a whole. He offered very helpful explanations of the problem at hand and a couple other issues he noticed, and some useful tips. He is professional yet down to earth. I would definitely request his services again and highly recommend him.

Steve was amazing! I had spent some time in the hospital over the previous week and arrived home to find that my HVAC system was not working. Steve came out on a HOT Saturday to try and fix my issue because it was going to be 97 degrees the next day!! Steve provides excellent service and i look forward to using his services again in the future!

Steve repaired our central air system and let us use a portable unit until the Bosch part came in. He had previously installed our Fujitsu mini split system. Highly recommended, first rate work.

Steve has been taking care of my furnace and AC for years. He has kept them going longer than the normal lifespan and they are still running strong. He is very courteous and takes his shoes off when he comes in. He is smart and understands how the systems work well and has fixed many small things for me for a very fair price. He has installed a humidifier and air purifier on my house which have made a HUGE difference in preventing dry itchy skin and allergies. He can also replace the furnace, AC, duct work, and fix or replace hot water heaters. I highly recommend him.

On the high recommendation of one of our friends, I called Monday to schedule an appointment for repair work for our A/C. Amazingly during this busy heat wave time I was scheduled for Wednesday! Steve called to let me know he was about 10 minutes out, arrived on time, and got right down to making the repair. He was very knowledgeable on how to fix the problem on this older A/C unit. Once the repair was complete, he checked to make sure the vacuum held, charged the system with the refrigerant, and while waiting, he noticed a potential problem with the wiring and fixed that as well! The invoice that Mountain Air Mechanical Contractors sends is very detailed which I appreciate. For the time and work involved and cost of the older refrigerant, the cost was an exceptional value.

Steve is an excellent HVAC technician. I use his services for our primary home and our rental property. He is highly knowledgeable about HVAC systems and how to keep them operating at an optimal level. He stands above other HVAC companies with great customer service, honesty, integrity, and a well run company. I highly recommend him!
