These guys do a great job. They show up on time, are professional and friendly, and get it fixed properly. We have used them for 3 years and they are the only firm we use.

They came out and gave us an estimate but we called back and left a message that we wanted the work done and we never heard from them again. If you don't want my business just say so.

Arrived early. So refreshing now days. Very friendly and got right to work. Very fair pricing. Much more reasonable that the others I contacted. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Outstanding service! Craig arrived half an hour early, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, had the necessary part on hand to fix the problem, replaced the part...bingo! Back in business! Well done!

I recently got estimates from a half-dozen HVAC companies for the installation of a full ducted heat-pump system into an home that did not have it - a retrofit. Buckhorn finished dead last. Craig, the owner(!), pulled up to the house (late), opens the door, and says in a flat tone, "What have we got?". No introducing himself, no effort to be friendly. Then he kind of walks around the house and takes a perfunctory glance in the attic. By now I'm starting to think that he's just going through the motions. I'm following him around, smelling the cigarette smoke on his breath. He proposes a mini-split system, which is easier to install but not as attractive in appearance as a ducted system. After becoming certain that a ducted system is what I want, I let him know, and his reply is "do you want a written estimate for a ducted system?", and I'm like yes of course if you want the business. He never replies. My time spent on these guys was completely wasted.

Highly Recommend BuckHorn, Craig is very knowlegable and knows his stuff when it comes to trouble shooting. Even gave me some verbal instructions to check this and that and I really appreciated that! Wow, What great Service, and Work. Swan HVAC said I needed to replace the AC and Furnace . Huge Estimates. Wanted a 2nd opinion Buckhorn found nothing wrong. AC Refrigerant was where it should be, NO CO leakage, capacitors and amperage ok. 21 point inspection found nothing wrong. Did net even need to replace the filter. Also had them replace some duct. over $400 estimates from Lion. Buckhorn did it for less than half of Lions estimate. Do you homework, avoid the high priced sales visit followed up by a service visit model (ie Home Advisor, etc)..

11 26 19 snow storm block the exhaust vent on my roof. Furnace would not run. Called them and Craig got a guy to come out in 30 min. Got on a ladder and cleared off the vent . Fantastic response!

Craig was knowledgeable and efficient. We came into our office and the heater was not going above 62 degrees and kept blowing cold air. Since it was the Friday before Christmas, we were afraid no one would be able to help our office. I called Craig and he came right over. We now have very happy and warm staff members. I can't say enough good things about Pete and Buckhorn Heating and Air. Another highly rated Loveland company quoted me a large amount for a repair and I almost bought a brand new furnace, thinking the repair would cost so much. Pete was great... Honest, kind and hard working and did the work at a very reasonable price. I'll never go anywhere else if I need furnace repair or replacement!

We had problems with our heater about a month ago. Buckhorn came out and replaced an expensive exhaust motor. Had problems again this week and they came out today. They say same part is bad and basically left with a “see you tomorrow” with no heat until they get it fixed. Head guy at Buckhorn felt no need to hurry and fix what his man broke. 9 degrees tonight but we are Colorado tough.

After being provided with some bad information and a much higher quote from another local service provider, I contacted Buckhorn. They were extremely professional, timely and my furnace is up and running at 1/6 the cost. Highly recommend Buckhorn Heating & Air.

I called Buckhorn Heating & Air Conditioning for my malfunctioning A/C unit on the morning of 9/3/2020. Dan came and misdiagnosed the problem and left me without A/C for 4 days while it was 90+ degree weather. Finally, Craig came and was able to diagnose the problem within ten minutes. I was extremely happy to get my A/C working again. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Never showed up at appointed time. No phone call to say they were running late. After contacting a second time (to give them the benefit of the doubt), I was told the technician would be out within the half hour. Once again, a no show. Called again to tell them to forget everything, we'll find our business elsewhere. Craig said, "no problem". One would think they would want to keep customers, not blow them off!

Everyone at Buckhorn is so helpful, especially Pete! They have been servicing my system for years, even before I bought my new property. When I asked the previous owners who they used, they told me to go with Buckhorne, and I am so glad I did. They take the time to explain what they are doing and I never worry about getting a fair deal. I am so greatful they are on my team.

We’ve done business with these guys for years and I would normally give Buckhorn Hearing and Air 5 stars and I’ve recommended them dozens of times to family and friends. Unfortunately, our air conditioning is out and they were a no-call, no-show to the appointment we made and they were a no-show again today after I called to give them a second chance. My only request was that they call or text if they weren’t going to make it since they wanted to schedule over the dinner hour. They didn’t call or show up. Again.

Craig showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem with my AC quickly. He had the system up and running in less than an hour. I will use Buckhorn again and recommend them to my friend and family. Thanks for the great service!

Craig did excellent work for us twice now. Very quick to answer our phone call, quick to arrive for service, and very affordable repair. We got an estimate from One Hour Heating and Air to fix the same problem and they estimated over $7,000. Craig repaired the furnace same-day within one hour for $425. Buckhorn Heating and Air will always be our first call for all our HVAC needs. Thank you for doing business the right way!

Our furnace went out in November with winter fast approaching. Craig got us up and running, installed a new Ecobee thermostat which we love. We were so pleased not only with his work and professionalism but especially with his honesty and integrity.
