I was looking into getting a new furnace, between the constant dust in my house and my kid having nosebleeds, my house was a hot mess, and not just from the dogs. Halo was able to come out quickly, the gentleman I worked with was awesome, he gave me quotes on different finances and taught me about HEPA filters (who knew), and humidifiers. Best part, I wasn't waiting weeks to get everything installed! Within the first few days of having it installed, I noticed there was less dust in my house, and everything smelled cleaner. Thanks to the humidifier My son has stopped having nosebleeds, and I have noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. I will absolutely be using Halo again!

HALO is amazing! I reached out on Angi’s for help with our A/C as it went out on a major holiday - no cool air on a blistering 4th of July is a grim prospect. I received several automated calls and messages from other companies but Steve called personally to try to help. He was able to come right away, professionally and courteously diagnose the problem, and went out of his way to help get us the part we needed to repair the issue immediately. He took time out of his holiday to help make ours more comfortable and did it all with kindness, honesty, and respect. I can’t thank him and HALO enough. I just moved into my townhouse over the weekend with 101 degree heat and my AC stopped working!! I called Steve on Sunday who quickly dispatched technician Chernet Getachew who was professional, thorough and explained EVERYTHING to me each step of the way! Chernet quickly diagnosed the suspected problem but didn't stop there, making sure that there were no other concerns. He had my AC back up and running within 2 hours from when I first placed my call. I will definitely be using Halo Heating and Air when I need HVAC repairs again in the future.

I recently had a company come out for an evaluation at the “spring rate.” They ended up telling me I needed a whole new system and repairs to make it work would be upwards of $1000.

Steve showed up and managed to fix the system by tightening down a couple of loose wires and since it was a second opinion, he didn’t charge me.

Changed my filter (which wasn’t mentioned by the other company) and then offered a couple of cleanings.

I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found Halo to help me with my HVAC issues. I came across them doing a google search when I was having an A/C problem. They had some great reviews so I took a chance & am very happy I did. Steve got my A/C going and then came back the following month for a furnace service. My furnace was very old, we talked about the possibilities of it failing/making it thru the winter. I chose to go forward with a new Lennox system (no pressure at all from Steve) and now that it’s been running for a few weeks, I’m so glad I did. I can tell a huge difference in the comfort level in my house. It’s so quiet I never even hear it running either. Steve and his team were amazing. We had him install an AC unit and furnace and he reworked some of our old ducting. I'm sure other things were done also. A++ experience overall. The guys who helped with the install were super nice and professional. They were nice to my dogs and helped keep them inside. Pepper my GSP/Lab is a flight risk. I contacted Steve following a bad experience with another contractor. He was able to come out and evaluate our AC and Furnace system the same day. He was professional, very thorough and respected our home. He was able to identify the problem in a few moments and offer a solution. The one thing that stuck with me was his comment "Never trust someone else work". He brought information on his annual maintenance programs which we are signing up for. Steve and Chernet literally saved our kennel dogs and puppies by repairing a heating system that was not designed to function in negative temperatures. They came up with a plan to keep the temperatures warm and monitored them throughout the night!! They did that! And did it all for an extremely fair price. We have had several other HVAC companies come to our business to“fix” our system. Nobody had ever been honest with us, and kept charging more and more each visit leaving us with a system that really was not designed to work properly. We will never use another HVAC company again. Halo has our business for life!!

They were on time, friendly and competent. In one day put in new furnace, took away old one. Permit was issued and city inspector said they did a really good job. I will use Halo for all my future HVAC needs.
