First off I must say that as a homeowner, and Building Contractor for over 3o years, I have worked with many Subcontractors and I am extremely demanding regarding services provided.
Saying that, I am pleased to say that Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning deserves 6 Stars!!!
This project consisted of the following;
1. Removal of 51 year old American Standard Boiler and associated components, removal of standard water heater.
2. Installation of Navien wall mounted combination Boiler (providing baseboard heat and domestic hot water)
3. Installation of a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump and one wall mounted, and one recessed ceiling indoor units.
4. Installation of a Stealth Pro whole house fan.
Enough about the components, now for the process;
A. We met originally with Nick who is on the design end of things. We discussed the various options with Nick who did a thorough job of reviewing our spaces and the existing equipment. He provided us with a design and an estimate of the costs. He is extremely thorough, courteous and provided guidance throughout the project for the field installers and us.
B. The two Technicians who did the install went beyond the call of duty in terms of promptness, protection of the property, and because of the complexity of the project worked with our permission to 7:00 pm some evenings to get the project completed as soon as possible.
C. It is clear to my wife, and I that Balance Point takes extreme pride in their people and the work that they do. It is obvious that they are highly trained.

Again I can't say enough good things about Balance Point.

Jeremiah came to repair a tricky leak in our pex tubing. Not only did he expertly repair the leak, he also diagnosed and repaired a poorly installed hot water element for a reasonable price. He was thorough, courteous and exceeded our expectations.

Matt came out and gave us a clear, straightforward understanding of what needed to be done. Initially, we had a few different perspectives on how to handle the issue, and I thought I could fix it myself. But Matt and the team quickly built trust, which gave me the confidence to move forward with their solution, and I’m glad I did.

Later on, when another issue came up, Eric stepped in and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk through the problem with us and uncovered a quick, effective fix. His honesty and thoughtful feedback really stood out.

Matt T was very dedicated to fixing our heating problem. He worked for 8 hours fixing our complicated furnace issue. All technicians should be as conscientious and honest. as Matt. Great working with him. Thanks Matt.

Working with Dave C. to get kinks worked out in a new system install was a top notch experience. He is super knowledgeable, a real problem solver, and best part is he is an interactive communicator. He listens to questions and will help you understand things to whatever level you looking for. He isn't going to leave anything unfinished for the next guy to have to deal with. Great to work with and a great representative of a company that wants to offer top notch service.

Scheduling and working with Balance Point was super easy! We noticed a few points of concern with our humidifier unit, so I scheduled online for later in the week and added a few notes to the appointment details. The next morning, I had a text from Larry asking more about about my concerns and recommended a tech come out same day. Nick, the technician, was super friendly, quick to work and answered all my questions about the unit AND a few other items around the house. Overall great experience!

Balance Point did a great job with my heat pump installation. They got through a lot of work in one day - not just the heat pump but also raising the furnace and adding a humidifier.

Everything was installed properly and neatly and I'm so glad that I'll have air conditioning for the summer!

Had a great experience with Dave quickly addressing our Furnace issues. He was informative without being sales-y or pushy on additional services. He shared some great information on some potential future issues to keep an eye out for as well. Would recommend!

Had Balance Point install a cold weather heat pump in July 2025. Everyone I worked with (Nick the project manager, Tim and Justin the installers, and Luke the final commissioning rep) were very professional and excellent to work with. The system works great and the whole process went very smoothly. No issues at all.

Jeremiah was very polite and professional. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable about plumbing and shared several tips for homeowners.

Nick at Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning performed an awesome job in assessing our furnace needs and upgrading our current system. Nick was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We worked with Dave to assess the repair costs for our furnace and AC system, and he was fantastic. He took the time to carefully walk us through every step and identified critical issues we would have otherwise missed. Highly recommend!

Matt serviced my heat pump and furnace and was helpful and responsive to questions. He fixed the humidifier and helped with setting the schedule on the thermostat! Excellent service! Thank you.

Wow! That's all I can say is wow. Santana did an amazing job on our install and he was able to answer all of our questions. He was so considerate when it came to operating in our home and worked very quickly.

Tyrell is absolutely the man for the job , he killed it highly recommend a he’s a surgeon with the tools and the knowledge to complete any task at hand thank you again. Recommend them for any Fort Collins service.!

WOW! Great Service all the way around. Our furnace wouldn't kick on, they got to us the same day. Dave C. was our service tech and did a fantastic job. I would definitely refer this company to anyone I know.

Installation crew were very professional & took time to properly install all equipment. They tested all components to ensure proper functionality. They were courteous and pleasant throughout the process. Luke, (who came to do the final commissioning) was also very personable & professional. He took some additional time to answer several questions we had about the operation & maintenance of the equipment. We're very happy with our system.

With the cold rainy day yesterday we got to enjoy our heating systems. We’re glad we signed up for the Balance Point Comfort Plan, where when Dave inspected our heating systems earlier this month he found a problem which would have prevented us from using our radiant heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms. During both the inspection and installation Dave explained how the systems worked, what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix them. We appreciated how thorough he was with both his explanations and his work.

Matthew was AWEmazing! He took the time to carefully clean my furnace, which probably hadn't been cleaned like that ever. I bought this home over years ago and it hadn't had this kind of attention. I feel so much more at ease now. I have allergies and live with animals, so I appreciate the effort! Matt is a really nice guy and a true professional. Thank you!
