Wonderful company. Our technician arrived on time and was very polite. He also showed pictures of areas of concern. When he finished he showed us the after pictures as well.

We have used One Hour Heating reliably for several years, and had a new $30K furnace and A/C system installed 3 years ago. We were told last week for our fall service and they discounted the service with a membership renewal and recommended to "pull and clean blower access" for $209, replace an LED UV bulb kit for $258, and replace a pan ("pan treatment") for $56 for a total of $670 (new filters). Our furnace was working before they came, and after they left, only cold air was blowing out of the vents. We called and they were supposed to show up and an hour into our timeslot, they canceled. I suspect they deliberately caused a malfunction so they could come back and charge us for an expensive part.

I had an emergency heating tech come out to troubleshoot the issue. He diagnosed a disconnected pressure switch tubing. He said that he never walked away from a furnace that wasn't putting out heat. He said the blower wheel was clean (so unnecessary service) and that a pan treatment was essentially spraying a chemical on the A/C coils that kills bacteria and prevents mold (another unnecessary service).

I did a little more research and found out that One Hour is a franchise and the technicians are paid on a commission basis, so if they don't sell you a service, they don't get paid. I am canceling our membership and recommend not using this company.

Chris was not only thorough and detail-oriented in his work on our heater, but he also took the time to walk me through the entire maintenance process. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing, gave me tips to keep my furnace and AC in good working condition and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.

It’s too long and arduous to go into, but suffice it to say that Brody and his manager Chandler really came through today. The situation with the prior technician, David, is in the review mirror now. The simple fix of sliding the humidifier over, so that the filter drawer could actually be opened, cleaning the drain, and making sure that the waterline was actually attached correctly to the solenoid were what was between me and a working humidifier that didn’t leak and actually dripped water on the filter. I can’t say enough good things about these two.

Our technician Anson arrived on time for our yearly maintenance on our furnace and did an amazing and thorough job to ensure our furnace is performing optimally. He was professional, friendly and informative. He is an asset to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mike R was amazing. He spent almost 2 days trying to figure out the issue. He was determined to get my heater fixed..even on his off day. Mike had great communication and was very respectful

I had Tyler and Ivan come and install a new furnace and AC for us and they did such an awesome job. They kept the project on track today even with challenges from my very old house and they were genuinely a joy to interact with. Such nice dudes. Please give them more money One Hour - they deserve it.

Tyler and Ivan are a great team. Did a great job installing a new furnace. I might add, they were also making sure that all components, that did not necissarily come with the furnace, matched and operated properly. Give them a bonus.

My Tech was on time, courteous, while making a quick analysis & evaluation of my furnace problem. Chris made the necessary corrective work to solve & repair the issues in an efficient & professional manner. I would highly recommend One H.R. & my technician, Chris to accomplish any and all heating & air issues that one might have.

Technician arrived on time! He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. After checking the heater and humidifier, he explained problems he found and provided resolution for them. He cleaned heater, and humidifier and replaced humidifier filter. He explained in detail and photos what he saw and what service he provided. The cost for service was acceptable. I will use this service again when needed.

Absolutely professional people... kindness, respect and dedication to One Hour!!! All the people did a complete job... cleaned up after the job and left with a smile. I'll recommend them to everyone I meet.... and that's a lot of people. Also , they work with you the customer on customized financing!!! You can't go wrong with One Hour.

Mike the sales guy and all the installers put on shoe coverings immediately. Mike did a fabulous job explaining the equipment options and benefits of each, the current sales and promotions, and the financing options for our full HVAC replacement. Johnny, Wyatt and Nathan, the installing technicians, were very polite and completed the full system replacement, AC, Furnace, humidifier, and Electrostatic Filter, were cleanly and in a timely manner. All three guys worked very efficiently together to complete the installation. I am very satisfied and extremely happy with the entire One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning experience and would recommend them again to my family and friends.

I had One Hour Heating & Air out for an emergency heating outage on Saturday. Christian the tech came out in a timely manner and helped troubleshoot the issue correctly and chased me down to help me understand what was going on.

Unfortunately things didn't line up from a schedule side due to Carrier, so we ended up going with a replacement part from another provider, but have no doubt that Christian could have gotten things done without a problem.

Appreciate the quick troubleshooting and customer service and will definitely keep these guys in my contact list for the next time we have an issue!

I called One Hour because our furnace was not heating the house properly. Josh came out in a timely manner and thoroughly looked at our furnace to figure out the root cause of our issue. He explained everything in detail and was very professional and kind. I would recommend One Hour to anyone looking for professional and friendly service.

Joseph came out to replace a special HVAC filter and his professionalism was notable. He was a polite and friendly problem-solver who took care of business and made sure we were happy with everything. One Hour is lucky to have him on the team.

Extremely frustrated! Every time they try to sell us something or convince us we need something. They installed a new furnace for us May 2023. The last few services we have had issues. This past one left us with a non working furnace and no communication the next day. Additionally, the tech seemed to tell us one thing and then back pedal multiple times. We liked the membership plan and guarantee. But now it feels like more headache and hassle and ends up costing more. Still waiting for a resolution.

We had a heater and AC installed today and feel grateful for our installers! Dean, the ductwork guru, and Tyler and Ivan with their install expertise on our new heater and AC! We appreciated them all! They took their time, helped accommodate our requests and were very pleasant! They stayed until things were completely to our satisfaction, and their cleanup was much appreciated! Thank you!

The process was great and smooth from start to finish. Alex came to service my heater and we discussed replacing my AC and water heater. He gave a quote, and once I approved it, it took only two days to complete everything. The installers (for both the AC and Water Heater) were very courteous and professional and left no mess behind! 100% satisfied!!!
