Plumbing reviews in Loveland, Colorado

Brian A was the technician who came to check out the furnace in the house. He did a thorough inspection and was very clear when describing the different options and how to move forward with our very old furnace. Wasn't the news we wanted to hear, but we were expecting it. On the way out, my gate handle was coming apart. He fixed it, just to be nice.

Jake is a true asset to your organization! He is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions we had. Sam came along for the install and you all have another good one in the apprenticeship program. I would highly recommend them to other customers and would welcome them in our home, anytime we need service. As a Branch Manager for a large enterprise, I strive for my specialists to provide the same kind of service and quality work that was completed at our home. Kudos to Jake, Sam, and Plumbline for such a great experience!

I have used Plumbline for several major projects. I like to think I was a good customer. However lately Plumbline has lost its way. Between missed appointments and having to reschedule it can drive a person crazy. This last project is one big issue. I just needed a new hot water tank. The first tank they put in did not work. The second tank the gas is venting in front of my backyard door so you can guess where the CO2 goes and it is so loud you can't talk. It will make my backyard no longer usable. I should have been told all about this upfront. They are coming out to move the vents, leaving more holes in the house. I am pretty sure the exhaust vents will be moved above my bedroom window. I am posting for two reasons. I was asked repeatedly to post a review and secondly when my bedroom fills with CO2 there will be a record of what happened.

I was extremely disappointed with the service of this company. I left very clear instructions on parts needed and exactly what was wrong. I received a phone call stating the service tech would be arriving with the parts and get straight to work. An hour later, I got a call from the tech stating he was still an hour away. Upon arrival, no mention or knowledge of the notes that were left, even made the comment, “notes get messed up”. Except he did not know I had called the day before to Angela who knew exactly what the notes stated. My tech was Joseph. He spent an hour going through every thing except what actually needed to be fixed. He could not speak clearly about what was needing to be fixed. The female counterpart was better and more personable, but was not the lead at this appointment.
After an hour I was hit with a $5800 - $6400 bill without itemization or clarity as to what, when or how… I heard VIP membership… wow! Still nothing about what I needed to be fixed nor any attempt to get it fixed. So, I paid $50 and asked them to go. It was clear this company was here to sell rather than fix. They left without replacing the panel to my circuit breaker, clearly unaware of anything… fantastic service.
I highly recommend and can not emphasize this enough, choose a different company! I have never completed one of these before. That should tell you everything you need to know. -
I'm a little bit late on my posting here. We had a routine check with the electrical portion in our home. Isaiah called letting me know when he would be arriving. He was very Professional when he arrived. We gave him full range of the place and did what he came for. I will give him high accolades for his service and the way he conducted himself in our home. He is a keeper. Thank you Plumbline for services well done.

Had Sam Brownrigg as my tech last Monday for a furnace checkup. He calked beforehand as promised and showed up on time. He was very proffessional and frienndly. He ran through what he was going to do before he started. Everything checked out fine. This is whst I hsve come to expect from Plumbline. Very satisfied.

We appreciated the very informative and complete presentation of the Bryant and Carrier gas furnaces. A comment, the presenter appeared motivated to upsell a Carrier Furnace over a Bryant Furnace during his presentation.
He did mention that he represented Carrier and it's equally rated with Bryant by Consumer Reports. Isn't the Carrier line more expensive to purchase and I'm guessing by $1000 or more? I guess it doesn't matter since he stated we could get the Carrier furnace for the same price as the Bryant furnace.
The big plus I found in my research is that Carrier Gas Furnaces are 100% run tested at the factory. Each furnace must successfully pass the full battery of operation and reliability testing before it leaves the factory.
A question. Why are the different size furnaces the same price for delivering 50K, 100K or 120K output BTU? An example using Automobiles; the pricing is different when purchasing a compact, mid-range or luxury car.
Thanks again for your time and interest. As a consumer I have a complaint. The installed price quoted by most furnace manufacturers is very misleading and unverified.
We received a installed services quote of $13,848 for a Carrier Model 59MN furnace and the quote I found on a website was $2,400 to $8,500 installed for a Carrier. This is either a huge markup or healthy commission. A reality and truth check is needed.
Thank you, Len and Kay Skierka
Bryant vs. Carrier
Cost Range: Bryant $2,300 to $7,000, Carrier $2,400 to $8,500 installed.
Pros (Bryant): Nearly identical components to Carrier but often at a lower cost; solid warranties.
Pros (Carrier): Bigger name recognition, a very strong dealer network, and slightly broader product lineup.
Cons: Bryant can lack Carrier’s premium branding; Carrier costs more for the same parts in many cases.
Bryant Is Best For: Homeowners who want Carrier-level quality and reliability without the premium price tag.
What Sets Bryant Apart: Provides nearly identical technology and parts as Carrier but at a lower price, making it one of the best value-driven options in its class. -
We have been using Plumbline for years now. We are a VIP club member and this service is wonderful for routine maintenance and annual system check ups. The technicians are always on time and super friendly. I always schedule in advance to get specific techs for each job. Highly recommend all of their services. They put our furnace in a few years back and keep it running in tip top shape.

Hi Bob, thanks for reaching out to me as a customer of your company. It’s weird because the day before we had received a flyer in the mail about Plumbline. I had a slow draining toilet in my Cottage house and it was a recurring issue and I had out one of your technicians. His name is Genaro Jimenez and number one he’s polite nice he presents himself well and he cleared the drain the next day. It happened again and I called and your desk was very helpful and sent him out again in the next day. He sort of flushed the toilet, a couple of times and it drained, and it turned out it was the pressing the toilet lever and holding it down. He did clear the first clog, though cause it was really clogged. I’m gonna recommend you and your employees!
It’s an affordable solution. -
During an inspection we found that the manifold had a crack in our 28 year old furnace. Once we made the decision to go ahead, it was done on the Monday. The team was great to work with throughout the project and the new furnace is great!

Had a great experience with Plumbline and Tate, our technician who worked magic on our floor drain. I called in the morning, expecting to book out a few days, but Plumbline fit me in on the day of and even offered to come early! I had a great experience with Plumbline and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Plumbline teams have rescued me many times over 13 years. I've had a new furnace, waterheater, replaced drain under my laundry room floor, new power box for the whole house updated electricity to bring a 1975 house up to code. I keep calling Plumbline because of their expert knowledge and work ethic! If our federal govt knew how to hire 5-star personnel like Plumbline can, we would have an outstanding and honest govt. I highly recommend Plumbline as your first contact. Let them prove themselves to you too.

I scheduled online for a service on my leaking water heater, and had an amazing response---My water heater was removed and replaced within just a few hours.
The Plumber who came was very respectful of my space, made great recommendations for alternative services (just replacement of the expansion tank that failed), but ultimately replaced everything, including some poorly installed venting from a previous plumber.
Everything was cleaned up nicely, the warranty info affixed to the tank, and all the permit info sent along quickly.
Very pleased with the service I received. -
I have been working with two associates from AAA and both have been very, very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very impressed with how polite they are and the amount of information they’ve been sharing with me. They have answered all my questions and I’ve enjoyed working with Anthony and Islom.

Matt was very thorough, he checked both our furnace and air conditioner. He also changed out the filter for me. He was fast and efficient and also told us about a feature we could have for our furnace to keep the air cleaner. We were very happy with him.

Unfortunately we were VERY disappointed with the price and that is the reason for the 3 stars. Have had great service at a very fair price before, which is why we did not hesitate to call Plumbline again. They pushed us out a day and 1/2, but we were able to turn off water and wait. Technician was good. Pricing was just too much.

Justin Allen was professional, efficient and honest with everything. He gave me options and listened to my budget needs. I especially liked that I got a picture and name of the technician prior to the appointment. Definitely would recommend Plumbline.

It was time for the annual servicing of our HVAC. All went well, except: (Sorry for knocking down the rating by 1 star here)
That night I woke up freezing around 1:40AM and looked at the thermostat and saw it failed 14 times to light the igniter. Went down to the basement to look at the unit and saw the valve for the main gas line was still turned OFF (Oopsie!) turned it back on and the heater fired up and wamed the house fairly quickly after that.
Besides 1 minor human mistake it was a good overall experience. -
We were introduced to Plumbline Services by Costco. We have been wanting to install a Reverse Osmosis water filter for years but never researched to see what was offered and companies to use. Plumbline employees came out quickly after showing interest, told us about their filter system and we decided quickly to have it installed. We have had them out to check some things we were curious about and fix a gurgling sound when the water dropped directly from the drain into the pea trap. Every interaction with any of the employees in the office or in our home was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to do the work in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about our satisfaction throughout the process.

They did a great job with upgrading so much in our house. Our water heater, furnace and electrical panel were all upgraded promptly. And even years after they continue to provide great support. Had a tech come out and fix a simple issue with my thermostat at no cost. I would definitely recommend.

We had Plumbline out to snake our main drain. We were told it wasn’t backed up and that this was a one time problem, despite it happening many times. After leaving, I was standing in a puddle of fecal water above our main drain that’s capped “wasn’t backed up”. We called plum line to have them back out again, the guy said he could run the same tests but he’s not comfortable snaking our drains, but he could “give it a shot”. We declined this opportunity as we thought we fired a professional. We hired another company who came out, used their cameras to find the block in the lines. It came from upstairs, Plumbline never checked upstairs or used cameras. They found our mainline to be completely filled with debris and were able to remove all the debris, almost half a large trash bag full! Luckily I checked the main myself after Plumbline left, had I of taken their word for it, we would have had severe carpet/drywall damage beyond the initial damage.
We’d never use these guys again. Not even in an emergency.
