Austin came to service our tankless water heater and he was amazing. He did a complete review of every component, flushed the water heater out, and made recommendations (with no pressure at all) about things we could do to prolong the life of the water heater. He took his time and answered all our questions. He was pleasant and professional.

Great company to work with ... trying to figure out issues with our new home and they were very good about helping us understand the new equipment (tankless water heater) and helping us get hot water faster. They didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

We had Chambers just install a water fountain at our office. They were super responsive, extremely professional, and, after the install, it looks like the fountain has been there since they built the building. We have a two year old house (that's out of warranty, of course) and had a leak in our primary bathroom shower that had made a wet spot on our basement's drywall ceiling. Since we had moved here from another state, we didn't know anyone to call. A neighbor recommended Chambers so I gave them a call. The technician came when they said he would arrive (rare these days) and went to work. It took a good bit of the day, since he had to cut into the drywall and replace some pipes. I had some questions about the job after the fact and spoke to the owner, Glenn, who is an honest and personable fellow. We will be using Chambers for our plumbing, heating, and air issues from now on. They are so great to work with I wish they would expand into doing electrical work, too!

We had a kitchen plumbing emergency. The plumber got to us in a few hours and quickly fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional, discussing the problem and how he was going to correct it. Chambers always does great work. The technician fixed everything , tuned up my furnace for winter, fixed a problem with my fireplace. Also discovered a little gas leak and fixed that. Friendly person who answered all my questions.

Chambers was actually able to come out a day earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. Plumber was very professional and did an excellent job. And now my shower isn’t leaking. Yay!

I used this company to fix an improper Rinnai tankless water heater installation that was done by another company. All repairs were first explained and then completed. Austin took the time to answer my numerous questions. His repairs were first rate . Use this company you won’t be .disappointed.

Chambers always does a great job and I really appreciate the consultation before the work happens. For me they keep an older boiler unit that heats 4 units working like new! Especially responsive if it has issues when it's cold out. They are great with the repairs and replacements too. I highly recommend them.

Glenn and his team did an awesome job replacing our sewer line down in our basement. They insured that no dust or dirt got into our house. The team came in and worked very hard for 2 days to get this job completed. The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship was the best I have ever seen. They thought of everything, and put forth the extra effort to insure it was complete. They all are a very positive team and really work well together. They are polite and very good at communicating.
