Charged us $450 dollars for 30 mins of work after a quote of $200 to $250. A $35 dollar 1/4" waterline from ACE hardware he charged $345.00 dollars. Don't use this guy...he will fleece you. If you want to see our receipt I can show you. I wasn't home and he took advantage of my wife.

Great company. I was quoted over $3K for a kitchen sink drain leak from another company, I called Community Plumbing and they were awesome. He got the job done for pennies on the dollar that was previously quoted.
I called back months later, on a Sunday, about a leaky hose spigot and they were able to explain it over the phone. I fixed it easily and have now saved their phone number to my phone. Thank you Community Plumbing.

Jerry installed our whole house humidifier and he did a very professional job. He is very easy to interact with.

Had a faucet cylinder go bad in one of our bathrooms. My girlfriend called Jerry and explained what was going on. Jerry stated he was in johnstown(where we live) finishing up a job and could be there shortly. He was at our doorstep in no time at all. While waiting for his arrival, I took all faucet components off to assess the situation. Jerry walked in, looked at it and said he had the part in his truck (moen shower cartlidge, roughly $30). Went out, pulled a clip out, put new cartridge in, replaced clip, and put 5 bolts in that I removed. Tested, worked fine. Said he will run to his truck to get invoice, and stated "should have gave you price before I did the work. Won't be bad though". Went to his truck and returned with a bill for $233. When I asked why was this so much, he stated he charges $200 an hr for labor. He was here for maybe 10 min, 5 min of that was making an invoice. I proceeded to question his $200 an hr rate, especially for 5 min worth of "work". He stated he had to drive to Berthoud to get the part. Despite him living in same neighborhood, would not recommend, nor use Jerry ever again for any project.

Community Plumbing was great! He came over on short notice to replace our rusted out garbage disposal as well as reconfigure the piping to ensure the disposal actually drained properly to prevent further problems. He worked incredibly quickly for a very reasonable price.

Jerry was very responsive, professional and kind. He took care of more than he was initially called for.Cost of repairs were affordable. Will definitely call him again if we are in need of a plumber.

Think again before using this company. He wanted $720 to replace a thermostat. Couldn’t tell me how much the thermostat was. Maybe he thought he could pull one over my daughter since the cold snap was coming.

My ceiling started pouring water out of a vent. My emergency plumber provided by the home builder had his phone shut off. When I called he came out within 29 minutes and was very careful and great at finding the issue without cutting holes all over the place. Was able to fix the pipe and also gave me great advice and referrals on the next steps. Very highly recommended!!!
