Whether it’s the owner of this company or just one of their drivers that takes her work vehicle to drop their child off at school likes to speed through the school zone and cut off other cars almost causing accidents while kids are crossing the street is super professional, maybe reconsider running late if that’s your issue because kids safety is more important!

Jerry came out the same day to access our water leak. He got the parts needed and fixed the leak in a timely manner. He was very professional and the quote he gave us was very reasonable. Having just moved to this area, it's good to know we have Jerry to call for our future plumbing, heating and a/c needs.

Jerry has come to my rescue several times through the years. This year it was a water heater that gave out and flooded my basement on Thanksgiving. Jerry had the old one out & a new one installed right away. He is prompt, honest, kind, fair and very knowledgeable.

So glad I found Jerry! He was able to fix my stinky sink quickly. For years every time I ran my dishwasher it had a rank smell. Turns out the installer had not connected it properly. Running it now and no smell!!!! Quick, fast and reasonable!

Jerry responded to our call regarding our AC unit's inefficient cooling and arrived at our house later that afternoon. He spent approximately ten minutes, briefly inspecting the outside unit, glancing at the inside unit's filter, and checking the vents throughout the house for airflow. He then quickly prepared a $100 invoice in the last five minutes. While the service fee wasn't the issue, I was concerned about his lack of thoroughness. His only "solution" was advising us not to set the thermostat below 74 degrees during the summer. He didn’t attempt any troubleshooting, prompting us to seek assistance from a different, more qualified expert. The subsequent service call showed us what a proper service visit should entail: care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I called other companies and I never talked to a live person. Then I called Community plumbing heating and air. I talked to Jerry directly and him be Johnny on the spot got to my house like 15 minutes later. He gave me a decent honest quote for my water heater which was leaking. He is so nice and got the job done within 2 hours. Now I had time to carry on with the rest of my day. Thank you so much Jerry. I highly recommend Community Plumbing Heating and Air.

Jerry with community plumbing replaced our hot water heater. He was fast and professional & able to replace in less than 24hours after discovering it had gone out. We were so grateful and glad he was available. Highly recommend.

Jerry has saved me twice this last few months. First with a clogged drain at home. He was quick, kept his work space clean and stayed until the drain was clear. He even called a few days later to make sure the drain was flowing properly.

The second was at my store and fixing a toilet that was rocking. Again called and checked to make sure everything was up to standards and working smoothly.

I called Jerry to install 3 new bathroom faucets, after reading recommendations on Nextdoor. I honestly expected to get a scheduled date a week or 2 out, but he was able to come the same day! Our hot water heater went out tonight. When I called Jerry at 4:30pm he said he would come out and within 5 minutes he was on his way. He confirmed it needed to be replaced, he went and picked up a new heater and had us back up and running within a few hours! He was very professional and im SOO grateful we don't have to go without hot water! He also didn't charge us any outrageous "after hours fees", his prices were actually less than we anticipated paying. 10/10 Definitely Recommend!
