Jason at Schroeder Roofing helped us get approval from the Insurance Company to get the roof replaced following the insurance adjuster's initial inspection that identified only superficial damage (even though all our neighbors had already been approved for entire roof replacements). He was very thorough in walking us through our first roof replacement and insurance claim. Job was well done, with follow up "touch ups" to make sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend...!

After my neighborhood was hit with a pretty bad hail storm, one of my neighbors recommended that I talk to Greg Koch who is one of Schroeder's project managers. Greg came out and did a very thorough inspection of the damage to the house. At that time he assured me that he would help me navigate through any problems I might have with my insurance coverage. He came out again when the insurance adjuster was here and pointed out some of the things the adjuster missed. When i got the first report back from the insurance co. Greg had to contact them again to explain some of the new codes and standards that had changed over the years. After a few more times of some back and forth communicating he finally got the ok to proceed with construction. I did not have pay a dime over what my deductible was. He also recommended someone to do the siding and the painting of the house. Every crew that came to the house to do the roofing, the siding, the painting and the gutters were not only very competent, they were just very nice people. I very highly recommend Greg and Schroeder Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

I worked with Jason Dubois on a situation involving a real estate transaction where the seller was required to replace the roof. He was so communicative throughout. He got me an estimate immediately, met with an insurance adjuster at the property and when that was denied, he clearly understood what was involved when the money from the seller's proceeds had to go into escrow. As soon as there was an opportune time, he made sure the roof got replaced in order to comply with the lender's time requirement. Schroeder does above quality work, arrives on time and works until the job is done or it's too dark to finish! Their crews are polite, professional and respectful of you and your home. Over the years they have replaced my roof twice and I will never use anyone else by them! Their bid was very fair, easy to understand and there was never any "add-ons" at the last minute. Schroeder replaced our roof after hail damage. They did a great job and took care of all the new code changes required by the city, which were many because our roof was close to 20 years old. Of course, this meant getting the insurance company to agree to pay for the many upgrades; Ryan, our representative from Schroeder, made sure our new roof was fully up to code and that our insurance company paid for it all. In addition, he suggested we needed an upgrade in our attic venting, which was inadequate since we have a no eave overhangs in which to put vents. He convinced our insurance to pay for this significant upgrade as part of the roof replacement. We are completely satisfied with the job done, the professionalism of the installers, including a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend Schroeder Roofing, and especially Ryan as the overseer for the entire project.

Our insurance company recommended working with Jason after our roof was severely damaged by hail. Working with him was an absolute breeze and made a very stressful situation easy for us, especially since it was our first time filing a claim and we didn’t know what to expect. He worked around our schedule so that the house would be roofed while we weren’t home so that we could avoid the noise. When we got home, the roof looked great and there wasn’t any evidence our house had been a job site just a few days earlier (it was so clean!). Highly recommend!
