Jason and his crew did a spectacular job with our roof after it had been hit by hail last spring.
It is a 2 story Dutch gambrel home that was not the easiest!
I would highly recommend Schroeder roofing as they were efficient and very mindful of debris and cleanup! And… it only took them 2 1/2 days!

Jason has completed two total roofing projects for me on several of my buildings. From total "tear-off" to replacement of new approved materials he has been on each project from start to total finish. Ryan Hill handled everything about ordering and installing my new roof professionally. He personally communicated with my insurance company and resolved their tactics successfully. Excellent service! Jason called us back immediately, sent us an estimate as soon as he inspected the house and scheduled the installation much sooner than we had expected. He also helped us pick out our products. As an added bonus we received many pictures of the before, during and after of the project. I really appreciated how well he advocated for us with our insurance company and throughout the process. I'd have been lost, but Greg was excellent about explaining what was going to happen and what I needed to do every step of the way. He made everything easier and was a pleasure to work with. The roofing team was professional and respectful of our property. They arrived bright and early and worked hard until the light faded. They did a great job cleaning up on their way out, and our new roof looks beautiful! Schroeder Roofing Co. is good people doing good work, and I recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our roof replaced as a result of the July 20, 2024 hailstorm. Based on a recommendation from our insurance company, we picked Schroeder Roofing, and we’re so glad we did. We worked with Project Manager Greg Koch, and it was a top-shelf experience. Greg did a fantastic job of communicating with us throughout every stage of the project and was always available to field questions. Initially, our insurance company was only going to cover 46% of shingle replacement. Thanks to Greg’s diligence and persistence, we wound up getting an entire roof replacement and all of our gutters. Greg consistently went above and beyond and was an absolute delight to work with. We would highly recommend Schroeder Roofing and be sure to ask for Greg to be your Project Manager!

Excellent work, fast, professional. Everything was completed on schedule and passed Larimer County inspection. Quality materials. They cleaned up when finished and even cleaned my gutters. Overal I was very Impressed.

We had a 5-star experience with Schroeder Roofing. The price was more than competitive and the workmanship was top-notch. Shingles were delivered the day before. Workmen arrived at 6:30 AM the next day and immediately started to work. 95% was completed in one day with just a few touch-ups required on the day following.

The sales manager, Greg Koch, was very knowledgeable amd explained both the products and the installation procedure. We learned more in 30 minutes with Greg than with the two other companies bidding on the same job. Schroeder was also less expensive for our "best-in-class" Class 4 product.

Clean-up after the job was very thorough and meticulous.

Jason went and met with our insurance adjuster, explained everything to us, and got the work done in just a few days! We thank God that we found Scheoeder Roofing when we did. We didn’t even have to push back our closing date. Everything was simple and straightforward and they did an excellent job.

Jason explained the process very thoroughly and even came out to inspect the roof with the claims adjuster. Jason stuck to the schedule and completed the roof installation in less than two days and it looks great.

They have always gone above and beyond all my expectations whether it’s putting a new roof on my house, sending someone out the same day to adjust my gutters or coming out in a rain storm to check on a leaky roof.
