Great local company. Our dishwasher wasn't draining so we gave them a call. Irina Primakova was professional, courteous, and got the technician out there that evening.
Like most companies, they gave us a window of arrival. Well, unfortunately the technician had a long day and our window of arrival was about up (3pm-7pm.) Right when we started to assume they may not show we received a call and an email saying that he was running late and could either a) reschedule for tomorrow morning, or b) come around 8pm. We needed the issue resolved asap because this property is a vacation rental. The technician still made it out and diagnosed the issue which we appreciated so much!! The part was ordered within 1 business day. The technician fixed it and charged accordingly. All in all, this experience made me re-trust the work of service technicians. I think as Americans we often feel like, "well, I'll just go buy a new one." But this proved to me that it was worth fixing. No, it's not "cheap" (we spent a total of $229) however, a new, comparable dishwasher would have been $700, plus tax, then the hassle of delivery, getting rid of the old one, new hoses, downtime, etc. In the end, I'm so glad we called Appliance Works.
I don't remember the technician's name, (there's a little bit of a language barrier,) but he was very professional and worked hard.

We have an LG French Door Refrigerator. After about 2 years it began to make fluttering noise that increased daily finally becoming too loud to stay in the room with it. We called LG and it was diagnosed as a fan hitting frost. Note, it is a frost free fridge! We followed the instructions to defrost it and it was quiet… for awhile. Then it started up again. By then we had purchased an extended warranty and called for service. Service was in November 2023. It had to be defrosted with a steamer. Then quiet again…for six months. When it started again we called for warranty service, again. Our service tech, Vadim, from Appliance Works CO listened carefully to my litany of complaints and of course listening to the fridge he immediately wrote up an order to replace the offending part. He knew immediately what the problem and solution was as it was now happening faster and faster. In quick order Vadim had the part, installed it and we feel it will not happen again. We feel the defroster/evaporator broke shortly after purchase, but it took 3 times by LG and others failing to fix a very expensive unit. We are extremely happy with ApplianceWorks CO, Irina and Vadim and our great thanks to the Primacovas for their excellent diagnostic and repairing abilities!!

I had a refrigerator warranty repair from Home Depot through Appliance Works. They were out quickly and diagnosed the issue and had my fridge working in pristine condition. Communication was great. Ensure to respond to email when scheduling appointments.

Appliance Works, LLC provided two service calls to my home in order to work on my to front-loading dryer. Getting appointments was easy. The office manager quickly provided detailed pre-visit guidance and timely post-visit information. The technician was very knowledgeable, competent, and efficient.

Appliance Works was assigned to us for a warranty repair on our dryer. They are a very friendly and professional company. The technician was quite friendly and very informative as to what to look for in the future with our machine. He also recommended that we get our dryer vent cleaned to improve performance. He was dead-on, we were pretty blocked up. We will be calling them for any future appliance repair needs, and recommend them fully to anyone looking for a solid repair outfit.

Irina and Vadim were incredible! Our fridge was having some problems and they were able to get us an appointment within a couple hours of calling! Vadim came out and quickly figured out exactly what was wrong. We needed some repairs and ended up buying a new fridge because we had other issues with the fridge but we would have definitely asked Vadim to do the repairs if we had decided to keep it. Their prices were super reasonable, he explained everything throughly and working with them from start to finish was super easy! I hope we don’t have any major appliance issues anytime soon but if we do, we will definitely call Appliance Works again. I haven’t had this easy of a time working with another company ever and I was really impressed with their professionalism and prices.

We had a great experience! Our Samsung drier heating coil went out and we called for help on a weekend. Vadim came out and did a wonderful and quick repair, replacing the heating coil. The price was reasonable and we are thrilled with the quick repair. I highly recommend Appliance Works! Gary

Filed an extended warranty claim for a Samsung French Door Refrigerator. 3 days later I was asked to submit pics and video. 1 day later claim was approved. 2 days later parts arrived. 5 days later a tech showed up and was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue in 20 minutes. This was a great extended-warranty experience.

They showed up on time. Looked at the dishwasher and made adjustments. Gave very good tips for optimal cleaning. Ordered new spray arms and installed. Our dishwasher is working as new. A company you can trust.

Appliance Works is our go to for any appliance repair needs. They respond immediately and efficiently schedule an appointment and call before arrival. In this day and age it’s very difficult to find honest companies but with Appliance works I KNOW I can trust them completely to give me the best service and best prices.

Wonderful service, communication, and customer service from the office manager and tech. My mom’s dryer is under warranty with Home Depot and this is the company they provided to fix her dryer.
