They did everything right. Very easy to work with. They did all they could to try to find the correct part for my range. They are the company that handles extended warranties for Allstate. Both people I worked with were polite and professional. I'd feel comfortable using them again and recommending them.

These guys were great! The warranty people ordered wrong parts and scheduled me on a day they didnt service my area, but appliance works were curtious, prompt to explain and got the right parts ordered and installed. 10/10

I have mixed feelings about my experience with appliance works. After having my warranty repair authorized, I was notified I'd be getting a message from the repair company .. and a few minutes later got an email from appliance works. In that email they asked if I was available for a 4 hour time window the very next day. Kudos for a quick turnaround, but with no other options presented and no idea what the consequences of declining the appointment (would my warranty still be covered?) I accepted the appointment confirmation with less than 27 hours to the window. That means that as a self employed small business owner, I had to scramble to rearrange my schedule and coordinate with my own clients to ensure I would be available. The day of the appointment I got a call about 30 minutes from the windows end, that I could only assume meant they were on their way, but I was unable to make out the exact words in the voicemail. Most likely due to the storm going overhead. When the technician got there (with 15-30 minutes left in the window) he was a little awkward, but he was friendly, clean, thorough, and quick. The repair went well, and I'm satisfied with the work completed. All in all, I would use them again.... But they definitely need to work on their scheduling procedures.

My icemaker was not working and my home insurance company assigned me to this company. Irina and Vadim both were amazing! I was so impressed with them and I highly suggest for anyone to give them a call if your appliance doesn’t work!! I hope I can get them back for future needs!

It was easy to make the appointment with them. They gave us a window of time that they were going to show up and they held true to they’re word. They called about 30 minutes prior to let us know they were on their way. When the technician arrived, he got right to work and took care of the problem. Our icemaker is now working perfectly!

Our experience with Appliance Works was excellent. The operations manager and the repair technician are a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our availability for the repair and arrived at the time that was scheduled. The repair technician was very pleasant and neat. He cleaned up thoroughly when the repair was complete. If needed, I won't hesitate to use their services in the future. Great job!

Repair of our electric range was accomplished within a very short time including time for parts to be delivered. Repairman was exceptional! Friendly and concerned about our down time.
    Happy to recommend them.

I have trouble even giving this company a one star on the rating. I called City Wide Appliance in March to repair a washer and dryer based on a BBB logo on correspondence I had seen. Repair was done on March 27th, costing over $620. Two days after the "repair" the washer quit working and I called to report it to Mr. Mulholland. I have yet to see him, two months later. He does not answer or return calls or texts. The voicemail is full and only an SMS message can be delivered through his phone service. I have called every single day since then and he does not respond. I just want my washer fixed.
I am very frustrated with this company and will make sure all my contacts know to not call this business for any repairs they may need. He was quick to cash my checks (same day) but now refuses to call back to finish his obligations.
I am having trouble even giving this business a one star. They are deceitful in using the BBB logo, that should stand for trustworthiness.

**BEWARE** DO NOT USE this company. They will scam you out of your money. I have used them in the past with good results but something has changed. Sam and Bob have taken my deposit money for my repair and have never shown up to fix the washer. All I ever get when I call is his voicemail. He will tell you a time and day for the repair and then never show up. If you have used him in the past, please do not use now. DO NOT trust them. DO NOT give them a deposit! Check the BBB reports and you will find 31 complaints of all similar situations.
