We contacted Appliance Works for a small, intermittent water leak from our Whirlpool refrigerator. Vadim came out the next afternoon, tracked down the issue to a clogged condensate line and did the repair. He explained how the condensate system worked and also gave guidance on suggested annual maintenance. Great job!

This is the 2nd time we have used them and they are fast, friendly and very efficient. Excellent service!

Irana, the Operations Manager kept in communication with me and f/u with shipment status of repair parts. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is Home Depot warranty for not expediting the process sooner.

Appliance Works was responsive and easy to communicate with. They came out quickly to fix an issue with a refrigerator not cooling - definitely urgent! - and were able to identify the issue immediately. My fridge was again working properly by the end of their visit. So grateful for their expertise and willingness to respond quickly.

Appliance Works is a company that is contracted for our area for an extended warranty that was purchased with our washer and dryer. This is a good company to work with. They attend to details. Follow through. Return calls.
Our technician was running later than expected. We were called with the status of his arrival. He had already had a very long day.
When he arrived, he installed the part, which was the mother board, quickly and efficiently. The washer works better that it every has. Lois J

Appliance Works was extremely responsive to my request for repair of my washing machine covered under warranty. They came out the same week that I made my request for service, something I am not accustomed to when dealing with manufacture warranty repairs. They were courteous and were able to resolve the issue in short order. I will definitely use them again as needed.

Several accolades for Appliance Works:
First, Instead of scheduling an appointment to diagnose why my gas range stove had a burner with a low flame, they gave me a tip on how to clean the burner. This resulted in them forgoing a trip and service charge - a big savings. Second, I am located in Florissant, and it's difficult to find appliance repair in the area. Most charge huge mileage fees. Some don't have good reviews. Appliance Works' responsiveness and courteous demeanor was also fantastic. I would definitely call and recommend them for your appliance repair needs.

Appliance Works repaired my washer through Home Depot's protection plan. They were easy to schedule and arrived on-time. The work was done quickly, and the technician was pleasant and respectful. Would happily choose them again.

We tried to get them to come fix our stove. They emailed us requesting the model number and phone number. After sending the information, they refused to just call us to help us with the correct information and help figure it out. Email is not a way to do business. When my husband called trying to talk to them about it, they argued, whether they felt that way or not, this was our experience with this company. I do not recommend it.

I had a good experience with Appliance Works and I thank them so much for finally resolving the issues I was having with my washing machine. For context, Appliance Works was the FORTH company my warranty company sent out in regards to repairing my washing machine and the first three companies were unable to. The technician with Appliance Works was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Also, the operations manager had great communication with me throughout the process and kept me aware of all status updates on parts ordered and made follow-on appointments very quickly.

We had a very positive experience with Allstate and their warranty that we purchased with our refrigerator. It took me a while to track down, who I could talk to about our problem with the appliance. When I finally reached Allstate, they quickly helped me and connected me with an appliance repair company. The agent I spoke to was knowledgeable about the appliance and what needed to be done.

Home Depot's Extended Warranty company connected me with them for my first repair issue, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. After requesting their assistance for another warranty issue with the same dishwasher, both repairs have been flawless since then.

This company is great , they came out same day to check my washer , had my part and replaced it same week! Very friendly and always nice to work with this is the second time I have used them and will return to use them again if needed !

Good communication and showed up when they said they would. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem, but warranty company opted to replace microwave instead of fixing. Did not pay anything as service was covered under extended warranty.
