Jeff (Altona Electric) helped us diagnose a problem with the operation of a new swamp cooler. It turned out that the thermostat that controls the cooler was defective and needed replacement. He installed a new thermostat and coordinated with the plumbers who installed the cooler to make sure all was working properly. The work was done promptly and thoroughly, and Jeff even followed up with us to make sure all was working as intended. Highly recommended.

We needed a couple of receptacle boxes installed and some ideas on installing 2 bar neon lights. our neighbor recommended altona. we seem to be happy with companies that have been recommended .
Installer was friendly and on time . Explained what he was going to do. And explain my options with the bar lights. Jeff did a great job , fairly price and . Cleaned up after the job . We would highly recommend Altona electrical .

Jeff was very responsive to our needs. Used him twice (so far) and he completed them very reliably. Friendly and helpful, explained everything he was doing.

Titus was one of several companies I reached out to when looking to get an EV charger installed in my garage. They were very quick to respond and setup an appointment for an estimate. In full disclosure, they do charge $50 for the estimate, but if you do go with them, they deduct it from the final invoice. Brennon was the lead electrician for both the estimate and installation.

Ended up going with Titus, though as you can see I did end up deducting two stars. One for a bit of a pushy upsell attempt for a whole-home surge protector, but if you would look at my circuit breaker panel for 3 seconds, you would see there is one there already in this house that is only 5 months old. Seems like an attempt to pull a fast one on my wife as I wasn't home during the estimate.

The second star was removed as I come to find out as they were finishing up the installation, I ask when the town inspectors are going to come by. Brennon then states that a permit for the EV charger was never pulled through the town's building department, though I would be more than welcome to pull one on my own and list Titus as the contractor. So I pulled the permit and an additional $240 later, had the inspector stop by to inspect the work, which did pass inspection. This shortcut may have been fine with Brennon, but he isn't the one who sleeps here, my family is, and I didn't want to run into any issues in the future if/when we ever decide to sell the house because of an unpermitted electrical circuit.

Greg was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took care to check out all of my concerns and patiently answered my questions. I was really impressed. In addition, Elizabeth was so easy to talk to in both of our phone conversations and was detail-oriented in gathering my information. I am so pleased to have found a good, reliable company to handle my electrical needs. Bravo!

Worked with Ray and he quickly installed some electrical outlets for me. He did a great job and it was done in a short time with high quality.

I called Titus because of a sparking issue I had in our shop, when I turned on a light switch. The staff I spoke with were very helpful and accommodating since I had prior appointments I needed to be at throughout the day. Greg, the electrician that showed up, was on time, courteous and, very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem right a way. I will be using Titus for my future electrical needs, thank you all for a great professional experience, it was much appreciated!

And if you have the chance, work with Caleb. From the outset he was professional, knowledgeable and showed a genuine concern for the electrical situation in my home. I collected estimates from 3 other companies, and Caleb was by far the most thorough representative. He carefully walked me through all the options and possibilities and provided me with a variety of scenarios and price ranges to choose from.
When it came time to change out an entire fuse box, Caleb and Jerome completed the work efficiently and effectively. And then they took the time to walk me through all the particulars.
No need to look elsewhere for electrical service.

Caleb and Chris were AMAZING!!! They asked if their truck was parked ok, set expectations of what I could expect right off the bat, and gave me 7 options from doing everything to doing the bare minimum. Hands down, one of the best services I have had at my home. Thank you Titus, Caleb, and Chris!

Had GFI issues with painters coming in just a couple of days. Called Titus, had a service call scheduled for the next day. Brennon came out, on time, was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. Problem solved quickly. One of the best parts was Titus kept me updated the entire time, didn't have to sit around wondering if and when they were going to come.

Two stars because an electrician from Titus did point out that there was an issue with our back panel (supposedly fixed from a previous electrician). However, we hired them to come take a look at our lighting to figure out why lights were flickering. They charged us almost $700 even though they could not figure out what the issue was.

Had a great experience with Titus Electrical. Caleb and Ray were both very nice, professional, and did great work! Really enjoyed working with them and would be happy to have them work on any other electrical needs on our house in the future. They installed two new outlets, fixed an issue with our main breaker box, and installed a couple timer switches. They presented multiple options with pricing and there were no hidden costs. Thanks to you both!
