I can’t say enough positive about this company. We had a breaker box and power meter combination that had an arc flash due to ground settlement pulling on wires. Of course this all happened on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. The dispatcher was very friendly and helped get a technician quickly. A technician named Justin came out to evaluate the damage. He knew right away what was required to get power back to our home safely. He helped communicate the issue to xcel power customer service and stayed until an xcel technician came out to put a temporary fix in until the next day. Justin kept us informed the whole time on everything and didn’t leave until almost 1am. The next day he had to drive a long way to pick up parts on a Sunday before he could even come back out to work on replacing the entire panel. He coordinated with xcel technicians during their portion of work that needed to be done and when they should come back out to restore power. It took almost 8 hours of work for everything to be completed and Justin never stopped. The only time I even saw him take a break was when xcel had to do their work. I feel very lucky and thankful that a Google search showed Titus Electrical Service in the search results because I had no idea who to call in this kind of emergency. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Caleb and Bobby were courteous, friendly, helpful, and very professional. We appreciate service people who bring experience and exhibit pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bobby and Logan had a good challenge on installing a new outlet for us. The old house had some surprises for them but they were able to complete the work on time. This was my first time working with Titus Electrical. They seem to provide some quality work and all of the techs have been great to work with.

My son lives in Lafayette Colorado and called me saying he lost power in half the house. We contacted Titus and they were there the same day and temporarily restored the power. They found a potential fire hazard in the main electrical panel a quoted a replacement for a very affordable price. Work was completed and all working as should. I would like to recognize Caleb, Bobby, and Logan for outstanding work and customer service. I would also like to recognize Elizebeth in the office. Hello! We recently had Caleb over for an issue. Our dishwasher popped on Saturday and smoked/smelled and was dripping water to the basement. We didn't know what to do. Thankfully Titus was able to send Caleb out asap. Sure enough, we had cables that were chewed through on the dishwasher, and faulty installation of the dishwasher in the past. Also, Caleb identified an issue with the garbage disposal cable too. Beyond that, the home is older and needed rewiring to be up to code. We are very grateful for the time and energy Caleb spent on trying to make our home safe again. Thank you!

We used Titus Electrical Services in August when we were having problems with two outlets in our house. Ray and Logan came out and rewired both outlets making sure they were safe to use. I highly recommend Titus. The high level of customer service was amazing!!

Greg, the technician was very knowledgeable and problem-solved my issues. He answered all my concerns about the electrical well being of my condo. He completed all areas of concern or need and did it in a timely and seamless manner. My walls look great. No one would know he had put in new outlets other than seeing the new outlets. Had these guys do a full 200A service upgrade. Brennan got the competitive quote done in 30min durring the initial consultation where other contractors took 2 weeks to get back to me. Bobby and Logan worked hard and did an excellent job with the install. No corners cut, everything done right and how I wanted. This company works well as a team.

The company as a whole has been very good about communicating from the get go! When Caleb came to fix our electrical issues he was very thorough and honest. I have a new light in my furnace room! Chris installed carbon monoxide/smoke as well as smoke alarms throughout my home. Also replaced my exhaust fan off the master bedroom. Let me tell you Chris has “above and beyond “ tattooed on his forehead! He was patient and thorough in sharing maintenance information. I am also extremely happy with my replaced exhaust fan.
