We used Titus Electrical Services to install a charger for our new EV. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped walk me through different options. Greg was also polite and did a great job with the installation. They were very responsive, were able to get it done quickly, and is working well. Our neighbors had horror stories of being stood up or waiting months for other companies, so we were prepared for the worst. I appreciate that they made it so easy for us!

I have been a customer for quite awhile for minor repairs and this week after talking with Brennan a couple of times to plan, I had some brand new lighting installed in the ceiling by Bobby and Logan. From the initial conversations, through installation and cleanup, I got stellar service. All three of them were professional, communicative, and were respectful of my home. I could not be happier. Customer for life!

I had Ray from Titus out today to look at a number of issues indoors plus install 3 outdoor lights and give me estimates on a few other potential projects. Ray was not only ahead of schedule (impressive!), but he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and a patient listener when fielding my myriad of questions. All my issues were dealt with promptly and I feel much safer in my home now. Thank you, Ray, for such great customer service and thank you, Titus, for listening to my needs and getting me scheduled so quickly! Titus is #1 IMO for great customer service and I will be using them again!

We had a smoke alarm issue and needed fast service. I had called another company and they failed to show up. I called Titus and Becca set me up for an appointment the next day. THEN, 5 minutes later she called me back and said Logan and Brennan were available to come right away. Within an hour, they solved our issue and did a thorough inspection of our electrical system panels at no extra charge. The entire experience was above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend Titus more highly.

Caleb came out to install our level 2 charger. We needed it hardwired and also requested a heat/smoke detector for our garage connected to the house system. Caleb went over the options for both with us and helped us decide which way to go. Caleb was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, unfortunately the charger does not work and it looks to be the fault of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is sending us a new unit so we will be seeing Caleb again soon as we will have to have him remove the existing charger and replace it with the new one. We will definitely be requesting him in the future if we need any work done at our home and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Chris and Bobby did a fantastic job installing a chandelier into our 16 foot ceiling! They were super nice and efficient. Highly recommend l..no pun intended! Their ladder instead of scaffolding was impressive!

Brennan did a fantastic job of installing a new 240V outlet to accommodate our new oven. He explored the best routes to run the wires to the panel. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and then did it very well. Best of all, he left the work area cleaner than when he started! We will certainly be hiring Titus Electrical Services and Brennan for our future electrical needs. It's a wise choice to support small, local businesses, and this is one I can get behind. Highly recommended.

We had a very positive experience with Titus Electrical Services. Elizabeth setup our appointment and was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. She noted all items we wanted addressed and kept us updated with appointment window and arrival time of the electrician. The electrician, Brennon, called 35 minutes before arrival to make sure the timeframe still worked for us. When Brennon arrived he confirmed the items we wanted fixed, showed proof of state licensing for the company and himself, then thoroughly explained the process, cost and asked if we had any questions. He did not rush through the job, he took time to show and explain what was going on and how he was going to fix the items. Everything on our list was quickly fixed. Brennon was very considerate and mindful of not letting our dogs and cats get out while going in and out of the house. Our pups really enjoyed him taking the time to pet them too. Both, Elizabeth and Brennon, were exceptional to work with and a great representation of their company. This is our go to company for all of our electrical needs from here on out.

Ray was great, he explained the process and how the new panel items works. Insured the generator worked to fewd the house. 5☆ job. I've recommend him and your company to two friends.

We called with a request to have one electrical outlet inspected on our home for its current use with a hot tub, and a vague request to review the rest of our electrical setup in our home. We were put on the calendar quickly on a day that was convenient for my husband to be home. My husband received a text within 30 minutes of Ray arriving. Ray proceeded to inspect the items we requested, and even gave us a heads up on some additional standard updates to our system. He was clearly knowledgeable on electrical code and didn't try to oversell, he even gave us some alternatives on how we could do what we wanted for less cost. We signed up for all recommended services and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We have used Titus Electrical Services twice now, with great results. Our most recent service professional was Ray, and he was fantastic! He was able to install the GFCI outlet that we had requested in a very clean way and also advised us on our electrical panel. His clear communication and installation of a surge protector makes me feel more secure as we have gone fully electric in our house. Ray was very professional and yet approachable with our questions and we had a great experience.

Nothing but wonderful customer service from top to bottom! Elizabeth and Leslie in the front office are kind and warm- love that women are the communicators because most electric companies are the electricians themselves and you don’t always get through when needed. Brennon was phenomenal is the time he took to explain everything, took his time, was respectful of the home, great worker and person. Logan and Bobby performed the work in my home and were kind and courteous. The work itself was done in a timely manner, clean, no mess- no fuss. They went the extra mile in bonding something loose in my crawl space that was a major safety hazard, even though it was not apart of the plan we opted for.
I love the business plan of Titus. They nail it every time. Seriously could not say enough great things!
