Smiley Air and Heat is a local, independent small business. I found them to be very easy to deal with and I was impressed with the work they performed. If you have been given an estimate from someone else I would suggest talking to Smiley also.

Jay is awesome! He explained to me what he had to do what he had done but it looks like had been done in the past and did inform me I would need a new furnace eventually with my unit being 25+ years old I completely trusted in what he said I would need. He appeared to be very honest Very knowledgeable and a very nice guy would refer him in a minute to anyone who needs help. I had called you in a gentleman from another heating and air conditioning and had paid $100 for their service call and he worked for a couple hours so then I was referred Jay by some good friends and I was very impressed with him Him being Jay. I would leave a photo, but it’s out in my crawlspace and I really don’t wanna go down there. I got a whole new furnace plus a new central air unit.

Jay did a FANTASTIC job fixing our simple issue that we couldn’t figure out. In and out within about 45 minutes or an hour, was able to come earlier in the day due to cancellation which worked FANTASTIC for us!

This company is exceptional. I already had an appt for my regular hvac maintenance but my hotwater heater just broke & I had water all over. I called & he came right away. He replaced hwh, maintenanced my furnace but he went way above & beyond in helping me with the flood & mess! I was a wreck & he really helped calm & assure me. He even got some industrial blowers to dry up the water. He spent all the time the situation needed, wasn’t rushed, was calm & efficient, gave good advice & made a bad situation (& my panic & stress) so much better. I wouldn’t use any other company. They’re true professionals that know what they’re doing & truly go above & beyond. I’ve already referred them to three friends. The integrity & trust of this company is a rare find these days. I selected,Jay, the owner if Smiley Heat & Air. He was honest and professional. After the few estimates recieved his pricing was fair and there were no hidden costs and a new thermostat was included. He explained all aspects of the work that was being completed. Him and his staff wore foot coverings over thier shoes and cleaned up the furnace area after. Jay even provide space heaters for us since the tempature had dropped significantly the nite before the install. Lifesaver!! Highly recommend- we had our furnace go out and he was able to fix it that same day! The price was reasonable compared to others - he stayed super late fixing it so we could have heat that night. Really great service and product!

Jay is an excellent and skillful HVAC professional. He is great to work with and refreshingly responsive to any issues you may have before and after installation of your new equipment. Speaking of which, the only knock I have is with the Armstrong equipment itself. Despite Jay's exhaustive efforts, it is still noisy, but at least it works well and is efficient which has saved me a good deal in heating & cooling costs.
