They were able to schedule my service on the day I called, the Technician Ron arrived on time, and had my AC working in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and Ron was courteous and professional. I had them perform some work for me in my previous home more than 25 years ago - nice to hire a long-time, local business.

I’ve used Northglenn for awhile now and only wish everything was as easy as dealing with them for my hvac needs. Jennifer is always on top of calls and appointments in the office. The techs I’ve met(Art, Aaron and Ron) are honest and patient and actually show up on time, Ron has been coming out to service my a/c and furnace for a year now and it’s nice to have the same person come out time and time again for their familiarity with the unique set up.

I am a retired engineer and an ex- home inspector, so I know good service when I receive one! Lanna who receives the orders was very kind and helpful. Ron, their technician, was knowledgeable and fast in diagnosing my problem and resolving it within 30 minutes. The charge was reasonable too. Frankly, when I first saw Ron who looks in his mid thirties, I was a bit suspicious that he may not be "old enough" to have the extensive experience that I demand. I was so wrong! Ron was better than many techs I have dealt with many more years of experience. I definitely recommend these people and will ask for Ron by name next time I need HVAC work done!

Great to have work done in a hurry. They scheduled a technician to come troubleshoot my heater same day. Ron was polite and very quick to get started. I got honest service at a good price. I will definitely be signing up for their service plan so I don’t get in this situation again on such a cold day.

Before diving into any other aspect, Northglenn Heating not only saved me a whopping $8,000 compared to other quotes but also delivered superior hardware. What truly sets them apart, though, is the absence of any high-pressure sales tactics, a refreshing change from the other three quotes I received.

Beyond the cost savings, their expertise and professionalism were equally remarkable. Aaron, the lead on the job, displayed honesty, directness, and an impressive knowledge of all things HVAC, from installation to hardware and the intricate math involved in scoping out a deployment.

In addition to Aaron and the installation team, everyone I interacted with for scheduling and billing was incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating.

Overall, my experience with Northglenn Heating and Air Conditioning was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly intend to rely on them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer more flexible financing options. That said, I realize there isn't much you can do when the current rate is ~7%.

I called and they came the very next morning to look at my AC unit. Rob was so great. He was prompt, friendly and explained everything very clearly. They fixed my boiler efficiently and for a good price. The technician, Art, was very nice. Highly recommend. Edit: We had a different company fix our hot water heater, and they mentioned our boiler pressure was high and freaked me out, so we called Northglenn; they immediately sent someone out to check it for us. Aaron was super nice and personable, fixed the issue, and took the time to explain to me how the whole system worked (so that other companies would not be able to freak me out- information is power). I cannot recommend this company enough. They have good prices and even better people.

My heater wasn't working, and I had multiple people tell me what was wrong, quote me, then never follow through on fixing the issue. Dillon Frisk came out and really did his due diligence to ensure that the issue was resolved. Turns out, the other vendors were incorrect in their diagnostics. Dillon was able to tell me that the issue wasn't at all related to the HVAC system, and was a plumbing issue. Very knowledgeable and very grateful to have had him come out and not only save me money, but headache as well. Thank you

We HIGHLY recommend Ron from Northglenn Heating & Air Conditioning! He is super genuine, trustworthy, and personable and happily explained everything he was doing while diagnosing our broken air conditioning.
We had 3 techs from other companies out before who couldn’t identify the issue, had already charged us thousands on parts that didn’t fix the issue, and were trying to sell us a completely new furnace and AC system.
Ron came in and was able to not only properly diagnose but fix our air conditioning IN AN HOUR!! Save yourself the time, money, hassle, and frustration and call Ron first! And now that we know that we will be customers for life!

Dillon was amazing. He was extremely thorough in his work and explained everything very well. He My parents were not able to be home for this so I came over and he made sure to leave very detailed notes with what all he did, what he found, and what he recommends moving forward for me to pass on to them. Dillon was clearly very knowledgeable; he came to fix one problem the other night and recommended doing an inspection when he came back to finish and sure enough he found 2 gas leaks. He showed me where they were, and how he detected them. Je
was extremely professional and nice. He even helped me bring in some packages off my mom's porch!

I would give no stars if possible. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. I got quotes from five different places. Northglenn heating and air came in 7K higher than anyone else. They attempted to over sell me on a larger unit than my house needed. When I explained it to their tech, he lied and mad stuff up. I would never give this company a dime. They are more cooked than a politician.

Last year we had an AC installed by a different company and have had several issues. Recently our AC started freezing so we called Northglenn heating and AC. Ron came out and was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly, he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to let us know where the original installer made mistakes. He got the part replaced very quickly and was extremely nice and informative. They are always so quick to respond and both times we’ve called Northglenn heating and AC, they have sent someone same day. Such a good company with knowledgeable techs. We wish we would have hired them from the beginning.

Was having trouble with my furnace. Dillon came out & some repairs were needed. One issue could not be resolved & I decided to get a new furnace due to its age & how much it would cost to fix the last of the issues. He did a great job installing furnace & now have a furnace with a 10 year warranty again.

Dillon came out after hours was prompt and polite and able to explain the issues to me. Dillon proposed a couple of things and once we decided he came through as promised. Right on time and on the money. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I am so grateful to have Northglenn Heating in my back pocket. My water heater went out and we did not discover it until morning - Customer service was awesome and very sympathetic. Aaron was at my house by mid morning, quickly diagnosed my issue and had my water heater replaced by the afternoon. I will always use them for maintenance and emergencies!

I've been doing business with this company for about 10 years., using their Service Agreement. They (usually Omar) kept my original furnace and AC running at tip top condition. Then when it came time to replace my system, Aaron came and checked the air flow and all that, made recommendations. They installed my new heating and cooling system in two days, which included another return, and some duct work. Now, my home stayed nice a warm in the winter, and cool in the simmer. Also, my energy bills have gone done since I installed the new system. I highly recommend this company for honest and reliable work.

I called because I had no heat this morning. Having worked in the field as a dispatcher for over 20 years, I was sure I would have to wait for quite awhile to get service. Unfortunately, the heat went out again after only 2 days. Because it was Saturday, I would have to pay an additional trip charge, higher than the one I paid 2 days ago, and was told supply houses are not open (most are open at least half the day), and no heat until Monday. Cold and disappointed to say the least.
