We lost our A/C 2 years ago on one of the hottest days of the summer. Jared came out Saturday afternoon to diagnose our problem. Ac was shot. On Monday Jared and one of his guys were at our house installing new units. I have called a couple of times with minor problems and Jared has been great on helping me figure them out. This man is so knowledgeable it's crazy. Have I told you we are in Parker and just couldn't belive he came all this way to help us. I know we are kind of out of their area but he is willing to travel to help us out! I will never go anywhere else in this city for heating and ac work! I do belive 303 Heat is the best in the business. Thank you guys so much!

We needed an honest opinion and inspection of our furnace and AC for a condo we were selling. Jared did a prompt inspection and found the heat exchanger had a crack but the AC was fine. He provided a very reasonable proposal for a replacement. Less than expected. More than please with their service, professionalism and rates! I would highly recommend them.

I found 303 only after doing a quick Yelp search. Jared, April, and Roberto were responsive and knowledgeable. Never having been through a furnace replacement before, I had no less than 50 questions... Jared answered them all with patience and kindness. Great guy. Seriously. On top of all that, his work was REALLY well priced - about 25% less than another quote I’d received. I’ll be using 303 for future HVAC work, for sure.

Used 303heat back in June for AC Unit repair and used him for heating maintenance and check up 2 weeks ago. My friend used them and recommended to me. Jared is great guy and honest. He explains everything that's going on and answers my questions. I was able to make an appointment without any problem with great availability. I will continue to use this company with any AC or heating problem.

April was very friendly and professional during the initial phone call and said they could have someone out within an hour or so. I was surprised she got me on their schedule so quickly! Roberto was here at the time they said he’d be here and offered service quickly. He was informative and professional. My heat is now functioning just in time for Colorado winter. No hidden fees or charges. I was told there would be an initial diag cost and would be waived if repairs were completed. Roberto cleaned out the furnace flame sensor and got the heat running right away. Thank you!

No one wants to spend a ton of money all at once but you need heat and air conditioning so when it was time to replace everything I’m happy I found them. I got other quotes from different companies and they offered me the most affordable price. Always professional and knowledgeable. The customer service is always great. Jared was fantastic and super knowledgeable. We used a different company and they ended up breaking our furnace and Jared came out extremely quickly and got us back up and running in literally minutes. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with 303 Heat. I called to schedule a estimate for having central air installed in my house and they were able to have a technician out the next day. During the inspection of the existing system the technician pointed out the furnace was 23 years old and they could give me a better deal if both were purchased and installed at the same time. I called around and got a few more estimates for the job (every one recommended replacing the dinosaur of a furnace) and 303 was the best price!
The install team came out the same week and did a great job installing the new furnace and the new AC. They left no mess and did a professional install though and though. The system is running great and I'm ready for the summer heat!!

Jared and April were great people to work with through the entire process. The quote was descriptive and fast, and cheaper than anyone else. John installed the system for me and everything came out great. The system has been working well, and I'm pleased with the entire experience with 303 Heat. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Here recently we have used 303 heat throughout Our entire family they’ve taken care of all of us very professionally on time good prices just a good group of honest people doing heating and air-conditioning highly recommend them to anybody.
Update 8/3/2020
Well we ended up having another issue with the outside unit a few days after the recharge on the unit. NO fault of Jared. called April right away and she reached out to Jared and said he would come by and check it out. he said he thinks he sees the issue but did not have the right gear in that truck but said he would be back the next day. Showed up next day and had it fixed before I could make it there recharge unit again made sure it was working good.
Over all great job guys. THANKS AGAIN JARED AND APRIL you guys are great.

303 Heat was a great company to work with. John was the team member that came out to actually install our new system. He informed us that our current concrete foundation was too small for the new unit, so he and Jared (303 Heat Owner) broke up our concrete pad, hauled away the concrete, put in a new synthetic concrete "pad" and didn't charge us a single penny more! Jared is very knowledgeable and his wife is super responsive and friendly when trying to schedule. We called on Thursday, Jared came out to look at it on Friday and it was installed (Saturday/Sunday). I would highly recommend!!
