The experience with Good Fellas was great. The plumber William showed up promptly and did an amazing job fixing an issue I was having with my anti scald valve. He fixed the problem and explained the fix to me. I would highly recommend Good Fellas and William.

Miguel from Goodfellas did an amazing job servicing our water heater. Very courteous and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We had a maintenance contract with Goodfellas. At the annual furnace inspection, we were told by the technician that our 7-year-old furnace was leaking and rusting inside and needed to be replaced. We were told it was not uncommon for Developers to install inferior equipment in new builds, to save money. He then tried to sell us a new furnace. We told him if we had to make a change, we would prefer a heat pump. He gave us a quote for a heat pump but also told us we would need a new furnace as a back-up. We felt that he was putting a lot of pressure on us to buy a new furnace, so we decided to get a second opinion from an independent Heating Technician. The second technician told us after inspecting the furnace that it was in good condition and probably had at least another 8 years.
Goodfellas tried to perpetuate a scam on us. They tried to sell us a new furnace which we didn’t need.
I canceled my maintenance contract and will never use this company again. Beware!! -
I gave Goodfellas a 5/5 because they worried diligently to get help for my plumbing issue. Miguel was also fantastic- knowledgeable, swift working, efficient and very friendly. Would recommend Goodfellas to anyone!
-
Carlos did a great job fixing up an improper install. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My system is working much better now!
-
We have been dealing with Goodfellows for 9 years. They have been wonderful 💗 we especially like their maintenance program. They are honest, and reasonable.

I have been a client of Sunshine Plumbing for years before they joined Goodfellas. I was offered a furnace tuneup for $49.00 and made an appointment. After the service was performed, I was presented with a bill for $129.00. If I had not saved the text message offering me the tuneup for $49, I would have been overcharged $80!! There is no complaint about the service; only the billing.

Josh is always stellar in his service to my home. Especially yesterday when we had some interesting issues getting in the house….door handle fell off, key broke in half in the lock. He was great through all of the chaos!!!
-
Ricky and Miguel installed a 50-gallon gas water heater for me. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed of their progress and patiently answered all my questions. Most importantly, they took great pride in their work, which gave me great confidence. I selected the right company to do this job.
-
Josh recently checked our water heater and did a full plumbing inspection. He was very knowledgable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, as well as providing many helpful tips on maintaining our plumbing, from garbage disposal to water heater. We would highly recommend Josh at Goodfellows for all your plumbing needs.

POOR customer service!!I purchased an air-conditioning unit from them this last summer. It needed some follow up. I've texted them a few times only to be told they would get back with me, but then they never do. I guess once they make the sale, they forget about you. Fool me once..
Follow up to your reply
Yes you did let me know, at the time, about the part. However, when I would l call in after some time, I was told you would get back with me. You didn't. Even if you found out that the part, or whatever was still not available, you still did not give me that update. Spin it however you want. Your follow up is sorely lacking.
Update January 4, 2026.
I continue to wait for some resolution on the air conditioner. I paid this company to install. As of tomorrow, it will be 173 days since it was installed. These people fail to contact me or give me any updates.
Do yourself a favor and call someone besides Goodfellas. Don't risk getting bad customer service that I receive. They continue to ignore my request for some answers. -
Editing in response to the company's response to my review:
I left the review below to which you can see Goodfella's response to me. I have had multiple companies look at my furnace since Goodfella's service in the spring. Every single company has told me that there is nothing in the photos Goodfella's linked to that warrants a new furnace and that the rust there is normal. While there is dust on the side of the motor, this is also normal and should've been cleaned by Goodfellas at their tune up but they didn't do anything, and that none of these issues affect the efficiency.
It's so blatantly obvious that Goodfellas is trying to intimidate customers into new equipment because we the average person lacks basic knowledge about furnaces, as is evidenced by their public comments in response to my post that I've had multiple other HVAC companies rebuke. Don't trust this company.
_____
This company has completely gone downhill since it's sale last year. We had our entire HVAC system surfaced earlier this year prior to turning on AC and were told that our furnace would likely fail on us not longer after we turned it on in the fall, needed significant maintenance to maintain the blower motor, and that they could either take the whole thing apart to clean it which would make it last for a TBD amount of time or replace the entire system for 14k. They also recommended we replace the AC unit too, and gave us an estimate of 23k+ at a minimum. Somebody else said this in their review and we were told ALMOST VERBATIM THE EXACT SAME THING about our 10 year old furnace - "leaking and rusting inside and needed to be replaced...not uncommon for Developers to install inferior equipment in new builds, to save money...gave us a quote for a heat pump but also told us we would need a new furnace as a back-up."
I just had another company look at our entire system and they told us they couldn't find a single thing wrong, let alone a reason to replace the entire system. I don't appreciate being lied to by Goodfellas, and we never experienced this with the company until it was sold. Stay away! There are so many more honest HVAC companies in the area that will treat you like a real human being. -
Miguel came to do a plumbing inspection. She drained my water heater, showed and explained everything he did and the needs going forward. He checked every faucet and toilet and showed an amazing professionalism. This was the best plumbing service experience I ever received!!!

Goodfellas just removed our troublesome wall furnace and water heater and installed a Navien condensing combo-boiler that will take care of both heating and hot water. William and Keegan with the help of Ricky and Miguel did an unbelievable job. What had been a tangled mess is now amazingly organized and labeled. Great Job Goodfellas!

Carlos and team did a great job, were very respectful of our home, and explained everything to us when they were done. They placed extra safety backups in our system because we have a child in our home. Also, their admin texted us, was very friendly, extended a quote past its due date, and got our heat pump installed next day. One of their owners reached out this morning to give us a deal on their nicer equipment before install. Their other owner picked up an extra part and drove it to our house to help make sure we won't have carbon monoxide leaks. They also brought us a fancy thermostat when they discovered we only had a two wire system. Finally, the new heat pump is quiet and our house is cool on a 100 degree day. We have been using them for furnace certifications since we moved in and they never disappoint. They deserve a raise and a new car (each).

I called Goodfellas to take a look at my hybrid heat pump water heater, which seemed to be having issues with the heat pump. The plumber came out, and he was super direct and clear about the process for troubleshooting. After working with the manufacturer to confirm the issue, the plumber was able to confirm a warranty replacement, and get me pricing from the office.
The following week, another plumber was scheduled to actually do the work. He was able to remove the water heater, complete the warranty exchange, and install the new one with no issue.
When he showed me the invoice, the price was quite different from what I was initially quoted. The plumber took it upon himself to call the office and get approval to honor the original price.
Overall, the service was friendly and transparent from both plumbers as well as the office. I will definitely be calling Goodfellas for my next plumbing issue. -
Will came and did an excellent job explaining our options for replacing our existing furnace. Carlos and Ricky arrived and we're absolutely wonderful at the install of a heat pump and furnace. All were very polite and treated us with respect. The house was very clean when they left and the new system works beautifully. Thanks for a great job!

Unique Heating and Air Conditioning charged me $300 dollars for a $35 quick permit from City and County of Denver. I just needed a bathroom fan installed to comply with City code. They did not apply for the permit before they did the work--supposedly because I did not ask for one. They refused to apply for the permit until ten days after their work was completed, resulting in my small remodel project being ten days behind schedule and taking four weeks instead of two. When the permit was finally issued, the contractor was listed as C & H Heating and Cooling LLC, a company I had never heard of.
I have never heard of a company making a huge profit on a permit. When my entire roof was replaced, the permit cost was less than $150.00.
I requested a partial refund from Adam Torres by U. S. mail I never heard anything else from him.
I did not argue about the price of the permit. I called on a Monday morning to request one; April told me it would be several hundred dollars (a shock to me) but I said okay. She said she would have to talk to her supervisor about it. Again okay. Called in the afternoon, April said she would put in the request. Okay. Tuesday morning, nothing. Called again. April was not in. Many back and forth calls between me, my contractor, and Unique. Finally at 1:30 pm, April said she would put in for the permit and finally asked for a payment method--first time she ever asked. Thirty minutes later a permit was in the system. Thirty minutes.
I hired Unique (a mistake on my part), not the general contractor. When the general contractor hires someone, they can be added to the permit. When anyone else hires another contractor, that contractor needs to obtain their own permit. -
We've used Unique Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. the last couple of years now and it has been a great experience each time. Scheduling has been quick and easy and Julio has been out twice and does a great job. He's very friendly and professional and gets the AC taken care of. Last year, he took the AC unit apart to fully clean it. Not sure if it had ever been cleaned prior as it was clogged and dirty, but it looked fantastic after. This year, he was here for a tune up of the AC and a potential issue with the AC flow (figured out it was an issue with the filter). Again, he did a great job and we're good for another year/everything is working well. Thank you, Julio!

Winter is on its way. I just had my furnace checked and cleaned by Julio Garza with Unique Heating and Air Conditioning. Julio has been taking care of our HVAC for about 8 years. It's always a pleasure to see him. He is so polite and knowledgeable. He does his work efficiently and professionally. He shows me pictures of all the work he has done. I highly recommend Unique Heating.

Julio did a great job! He was patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. He serviced our A/C unit and gave us some recommendations to keep it running to the best of it’s abilities! I was able to get a fast appointment and their prices were very reasonable.
