I should’ve called these guys sooner! April at the office got us scheduled fast. Lorenzo, our service tech, was outstanding. Incredibly thorough, very informative, frequently updated us, and was transparent on pricing. He took his time to make sure it was done correctly. I can’t say enough good things about Unique.

Kevin Susuras did an absolute fantastic job. He showed up, diagnosed the issue and got it resolved in a very timely manner. He even treated the system during the diagnostic to make sure there were no leaks. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Kevin with Unique heating and air conditioning to anyone!

Kevin S came out to do an AC Tune Up and provided incredible service today. He thoroughly explained things to us throughout the process and even went above and beyond letting us know tips on general maintenance and ways to make our unit run smoother.

Julio Garza was on time to our appointment and was realistic and fair with work needed/price and conducted himself very professionally. I was grateful the work could be done quickly and get our townhome cooled down during a 90 plus day/week. About a week later the house is still keeping us cool and comfortable. Julio was very knowledgeable and gave great insight to needed maintenance and even showed myself, who is a first time home buyer, how and where to change out my filter. He gave the specifics of the filter and stressed the importance for the longevity of our system. Thank you for your time and efforts!

Woke up this morning with no hot water and found out my water heater is leaking, found this company through my neighbor, called them and they came over within an hour, my water heater was unfixable and it was leaking rustic water, Lorenzo was the one helping me and he’s on time, honest and move fast, I end up replacing the whole heater, Lorenzo was fast and make sure everything is safe, everything got done within 3 hours including getting new tank, he’s nice, patient and knowledgeable, also helped me with my heater and AC, I learned so much as a first time home owner, definitely recommend this company and Lorenzo!

Unique is by far the BEST!! We have used Unique consistently for the last 4 years. Our A/C was not cooling like it was supposed to be, so we called that evening and they were out in less than 24 hours. Our Technician Lorenzo DeNigris got the house cooling in no time. Lorenzo was extremely thorough and offered us a number of recommendations to ensure our system is running at optimal performance. Woke up with no heat, called Unique. Was told to expect my technician with in two hours, 20 minutes later he was at my door.
Great service, Kevin gave me a complete run down on everything he did, even took pictures and explained every step. What a professional, this seems to be a forgotten trate anymore.

Lorenzo went above and beyond when he came to check the thermostat. He gave the furnace an entire tune up and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend. They were quick to respond and very professional. Lorenzo came the day after I submitted a request for diagnosing my issue and was able to schedule me in just a few days. Jose and Daniel put down drop cloths throughout the house to install the new equipment. It wasn't quite working before they had to go to another job, which I totally understand. I appreciate that they tried to make it work while still there. So Julio stopped by shortly after to complete the set-up and get my AC fully functional again. All of these guys were so polite and I will continue to use their services. Thank you so much to the whole team.

I would highly recommend this company. We got our AC and just purchased a new furnace from them. They are always fair and trustworthy and I feel that can be a hard thing to find these days.

Just had a fall furnace tune-up and cleaning of the furnace blower. I am very pleased with the work that Kevin did. Very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Pricing was very fair as well. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Lorenzo was awesome, great customer service and educated me on what I may or not need for my furnace. There was no pressure sale here. Love unique I purchased an AC from them 5 months ago, no complaints everything has been great.

This company sent Danny out to check out an issue with the furnace. He said the problem was on the roof and that he didnt have a ladder. They recommended a fix that wasn't at all related to what the issue has now ended up being. We were still charged the full fee for nothing. A charge for coming, a charge per hour and a charge for peeking his head in the attic.
An entirely new company came put today and found the pipe issue immediately and the heat is working!

Lorenzo came out to take a look at my furnace. It needed to be replaced, and he took the time to show me why. The work was clean and professional and most importantly my heat is working again! He also completed the work at the low end of what my research indicated. When you are investing a lot of money in a critical part of your home, this is who you want to guide you through the process.

In a market were I've struggled to find adequate service, Unique Heating & AC is the first company I've worked with that over-achieved and kept my costs reasonable. I'd choose them again 10/10 times.

A technician came to my house when I was experiencing an issue with my furnace recently. He quickly diagnosed the problem as (1) a bad control board, (2) a faulty igniter, and (3) a worn out flame sensor. He quoted me around $1,400 to fix them all with just over $900 of the cost being the charge to replace the control board. He wasn't able to answer my questions about how each of those items were related to the problem I was having, which was the blower not coming on after the furnace flame ignited. He seemed irritated that I was asking any questions at all. I requested that he send me an itemized quote and told him I would be in touch if I chose to move forward with them. I never received the quote.

The next day I had a technician from another company take a look at the furnace. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad control board and had a replacement picked up and installed within a couple of hours for $600. I asked if he noticed any issue with the igniter or the flame sensor and was told that neither had any issue.

I suppose the Unique technician did (partly) diagnose the issue correctly, so a 1 star review doesn't seem totally appropriate, but I can't justify any more than 2 stars given the overcharging/multiple unnecessary issues diagnosed and lack of follow through. Overall I'm left feeling like the $89 diagnostic fee paid to Unique was a charge for the privilege of them coming out to try and scam me. The difference between the two companies was night and day and the choice will be an easy one when I need any furnace repairs in the future.

We had our furnace replaced by Unique in 2022 and have had them out every year for routine maintenance. This year was no different. Lorenzo tuned up our Furnace and AC unit in time for the coming holiday season. He took time with us to show and explain different parts of the furnace and answered all our questions and concerns. We have been using Unique for almost 5 years now and have always been super happy with the friendliness and service we receive.

They were quick to respond and thorough in the repair. I was thankful they could come same day to fix my heater. Julio explained everything that was happening, was upfront about the cost and efficient in the service. I would highly recommend Unique.
