Our second time using Unique for a tune up, this time for the furnace, whereas last time was the A/C a few years ago. Both technicians were excellent, thorough and honest about the equipment and systems, longevity, etc. Julio was very polite and informative and we would recommend him and Unique again

Kevin Susuras was working on a new build. I stopped to ask him a few questions on running the fan on my HVAC. He took the time to talk with me, explaining the good and bad of running the fan. He was very polite and helpful.

We had Julio Garza come to our house to do our preseason furnace tune up. He did a very good job. He was professional and courteous. He was very thorough and explained everything he did and had pics to back it up. Julio did a great job.

Unique saved us BIG TIME. Our furnace stopped working on a cold night and we panicked. Within an hour, Unique had a technician on-sight, Julio Garza, who was incredible. He was able to diagnose the issue AND fix it within an hour. The heat was back on quickly and were able to breathe a sigh of relief. ALL OF THIS without breaking the bank. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, (and especially Julio).

I used Unique for an annual furnace/AC tune-up and inspection. The price ($89) was fair, and the whole process was fantastic. I found the company offers clear communication and wonderful service. My technician Julio was outstanding and a consummate professional, showing me all of his work and detailing how I can best care for and maintain my HVAC system.
I will be using them every year for my seasonal inspections.

Our 22 y/o furnace failed during a cold night. A call to Unique got a service tech to the house the same day. He patched it up and got us warm again.

The Unique salesman, Tim Murphy, took us through our options in detail and when he had questions about the configuration of our ductwork he called in a couple of experts to help figure it out.

The new furnace was installed quickly by two personable and skilled technicians. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away.

He didn’t just do a quick tune-up and leave—he actually took the time to explain how the whole system works in a way I could understand. He walked me through what he was checking, why it mattered, and even made a few adjustments while explaining the reasons behind each one.

Unique is always timely and affordable. They have gotten out to us within 24 hours every time, and they are extremely friendly, even to our dogs. We are very happy with them.

I have only wonderful things to say about the service I received today from Unique heating and air conditioning. The technician Julio was prompt, polite, worked very clean and did a very thorough job to clean and service my A/C unit. He also shared his observations and recommendations in a clear and concise manor. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone who appreciates great service!

I decided to try Unique HVAC after I found out the company I had used for years for my HVAC repairs was no longer servicing my area. I am happy I did. My tech Danny was good at explaining what work he would do/had done and even showed me pictures (which were included in my invoice so I have them for future reference). I’ll be sure to have Unique come back in the fall for a furnace tuneup.

I had a problem in the middle of a heat wave and these guys were out the very next day. Lorenzo was courteous and professional, and took the time to explain things to me. Definitely would recommend them. It’s also nice to do business with a long established local small business.

Julio came out to our service call and he was on time. He is a very friendly and kind person. He is great at his job but more so he is great at customer service. He took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our new thermostat. He cleaned out our heater and made sure everything was working properly before heading to his next job!

Julio Garza was very thorough with our questions about heating and cooling our new house. He checked all registers, attic pipes and attachments, furnace and filter, and also set up our new thermostat. I totally didn’t understand how to do the settings, but his explanation was easy to get and now I feel confident about it. He also has a very friendly manner and did not rush through the visit! Huge thumbs up for Julio!

We had a new furnance and ac unit installed 1.5 years ago. We were happy with the service then and today we had an warranty issue and Lorenzo came out to fix and addressed even more issues that we knew we had. I am impressed that the company does not try to upsell and is ethical in their business practices which is very rare. Thank you Lorenzo and thankful that the owner manages with integrity. Lorenzo came today to change out the filter on my air scrubber and to service my air conditioner for the summer. He has been to my home several times and is always very friendly and knowledgeable. We always talk about our dog babies and he gives my Bendy some love. I always mention Unique Heating and Air to friends looking for HVAC work!

My furnace stopped working and Lorenzo was able to come out within a couple of hours. Got it all fixed and running again in no time. 👍

Came home to my AC not working so I decided to call for help. They quickly sent Julio Garza out and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got my system back up and running. He even went above and beyond with his inspection checking absolutely everything and laying me out a roadmap for future services and replacements I can expect! Great service.

We have used Unique Heating & Air Conditioning since we bought our house in 2018. They are easy to make appointments with (April) and we have always received great service. Friday, a nice young man, Davian Torrez was our technician for our A/C tune-up. He was on time, very polite and pleasant, and spent quality time working on the AC unit. I highly recommend this company and their fantastic employees.

Lorenzo was amazing and very thorough on what my furnace needed! Praying my furnace last me another couple years do to their servicing it yearly for me!
