Very impressed, we had electrical checked by Levi and AC and furnace checked by Jerry, what extremely nice guys! Efficient, on time and explained things I didn’t understand. I’ve used Good Fellas before but this time was different and I won’t hesitate to use again.

Josh fixed the bathroom and kitchen drains that were clogged. In addition, he replaced a very old garbage disposal which contributed to the clogged drains with a new disposal. He did a great job explaining the cause of the problem and how to fix it. Customer service is very good as well. Highly recommend!

If you have a Rheem furnace (like me) and the other guys don't seem to know how to fix it -- call Goodfellas! They knew how to test everything and how to treat a customer right!

My water heater failed in the middle of the day and they got someone out the next morning. Derek was quick to diagnose why it stopped working and replaced the unit the same day. He was awesome and I will definitely use Goodfellas again.

This place is amazing! We have a 20+ year-old furnace and water heater in our 123-year-old house, with no AC. I had been dreading the day we would need to replace these units. After negative experiences with other heating and cooling companies in the area (especially one named after a fruit), who consistently quoted outrageously inflated prices, I was recommended to Goodfellas.

Finally, the day came when we needed to get our furnace checked for winter. As expected, it was on its last legs and unfit for use. Fred from Goodfellas came out and was personable and professional. He patiently explained all the issues with the furnace, why they were a problem, and what would happen if we didn't address them. After his thorough overview, I mentioned that I had always wanted to install AC, since we currently only have a swamp cooler. Fred spent the next hour or so walking us through options and worked with the financing department to see what the cost would be.

I held my breath as we got to the numbers, but I was relieved when I was quoted an incredibly reasonable price for a new furnace, water heater, and AC installation—about half of what I was expecting!

Then I spoke with Alex in the financing department, who was just as patient as Fred. He went over all the financing options and answered the many questions I had. By the end of it, we had a deal, and my dream of AC was about to come true!

I highly recommend Goodfellas! The entire process was painless—dare I say, even pleasant! It's rare to find an honest company in Denver, but I think I've found my holy grail.

We had a leak in our ceiling coming from an incorrectly installed and cracked drain. Josh from Goodfellas did excellent work and went the extra mile to go over all options and make sure we were comfortable with the work he was going to do. Informed me of a slight schedule change. Maintenance worker was nice and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. Repair was done in a timely manner and works great now.

We couldn’t recommend Jerry more highly! Our AC broke and we called first thing Monday morning and Jerry came out that afternoon. He was super professional, extremely communicative on his process and the timeline to get everything fixed, and also spent the time to make sure it was fixed at the lowest cost to us.

Unlike other HVAC companies I've dealt with in the past, Goodfellas didn't try to upsell me from a special they were running. William (the tech that they sent) was prompt, clean, and service driven. I will be referring Goodfellas to all my neighbors and friends!

I am so happy with the service I got from Goodfellas! They came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem and gave me good advice for solutions. Miguel came to do the work and he was so friendly and capable. He told me how long the job would take him and he was exactly right. He tested everything to make sure all worked well. Will definitely use them again and ask for Miguel!

I always have stellar experiences with Goodfellas! I got a same day appointment for a leak that I was stressed about. Lucas fixed everything perfectly & was good energy to have around!

Tried to scam us into replacing a 7 yr old furnace. Got a 2nd opinion which confirmed furnace was fine. Cancelled our annual contract. Beware the upselling!

Basically, their flawed business model gets people to sign up for an annual contract which is a money loser. They have to upsell to make a profit and stay in business.
