I would recommend NOT using Watts-On Electric Inc. as your electrician. Our neighbor, across the street and 2 houses down, hired them, and they parked right next to our baby tree and on top of our recycling can. This is despite the fact that there were plenty of other open street parking spots directly in front of the house they were working on.

As a result, our recycling didn’t get picked up and they were pulling ladders in and out of our tree and damaging the branches. I came outside and asked them if they could move the truck over to an open spot in front of the house they were working on. The guy I spoke to said he was the company’s owner and refused to move the truck, saying it was public parking and he could do what he wanted. I said I understood it was public parking, but I would appreciate him moving it anyway, in order to protect our tree from further damage and allow our recycling to be picked up. He refused and was a complete jerk for absolutely no reason. I would personally be mortified if a company I hired treated my neighbors this way. We all live in shared space and should be respectful of one another.

We hired Tony when our electrical panel caught fire because of a previous electrician’s faulty wiring. Tony was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his quick response and communication. Would highly recommend for your electric needs.

Tony and Ryker did an excellent job running power for my ChargePoint Level 2 charger. They were professional, on time, competitively priced, and didn’t leave a mess. They even made suggestions to keep costs down. I highly recommend Root Electric!

Tony had completed some excellent work at our home. He responds quickly and the work is completed quickly. I'd contact him any time I need electrical work. And our dogs love him too.

I received a phone call from Tony shortly after asking for a quote. They wanted me to try a few things first over the phone in case we didn’t need them to come and to save us money. When those didn’t work, we received excellent service and top quality for a reasonable rate. Will definitely call them again if we have further needs!

I called Root Electric and spoke with Ryker and Tony after we had a snow storm because our furnace went out when it was below freezing outside. They were able to help me out with getting our heat back on very quickly! Very professional and friendly experience. What a pleasure to find a fast responding, courteous and knowable company. Tony took my call in the evening past most people's hours and he and son Ryker were out the next day to fix our GFI issue. This father and son duo work quickly and pay close attention to detail. We just had 5 lights replaced. 2 in our closet and 3 flickering lights in the bathroom. Tony came out on a Saturday within a few hours of contacting them. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and was quick to repair an issue we were experiencing. He looked at other items around the house I needed help with and was able to give me ideas and pointers on what to do. They will be my go to electricians moving forward and would recommend them to anyone.

This is a long overdue review, but I could not be happier with my experience with this company. I called on a Saturday with a wiring issue for my oven/range. I was calling companies expecting to leave a message with the hope I'd get a call back Monday to schedule a repair. Instead, they were at my house just an hour and half later. They were able to get me set up with a temporary fix until they could come back later that week to do a permanent repair.
Honest, fair, and transparent pricing. Great communication, and extremely friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone and they will be my first call for any electrical project going forward.

Tony and his son are incredible! They’re extremely knowledgeable in their field and very professional. They were empathetic to our situation and were persistent in getting it resolved as soon as possible. It’s not common to find such great customer service where you can tell they really care about getting their customer’s problem fixed! Called all over town looking for an electrician on the weekend and was so happy to have found Root Electric. Tony was prompt and professional and fixed the problem and didn’t overcharge. Very happy with their service and highly recommend!

Tony and Ryker are both master electricians.
After receiving a estimate from another company that informed me that I had to update all of my panel and meter boxes, I called Root Electrical.
Tony and Ryker came out the next day and reviewed my situation. They informed me that I did not need to update everything and that they could repair my meter box that has been sinking into the ground through the years.
Not only did they save me considerable cost but we're willing to work with me to accommodate my need for a portable generator as my wife works from home.
I highly recommend Root Electrical and will definitely be using them for all my future needs.

We had an electrical emergency because the power went out to half of our house on the weekend of course. We contacted multiple companies that advertised 24/7 service and they either wouldn't come out or wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to even make the trip to Parker. Tony answered his phone and was willing to squeeze us in the same day!! Our problem ended up being pretty complicated to figure out but Tony was amazing working through all of it with us and even helped us to find an amazing locator that was able to find the exact location of the issue. We have had several needs for an electrician in the last few years and have dealt with less than stellar service. We will only be calling Root in the future!! I can't recommend Tony enough!!
