On New Years Day, we noticed a socket in our garage that sounded like a live wire from a power line. Really scary. My wife and I called several electricians but with the New Years Day holiday no one was available. Tony with Root Electric came out right away and got the issue fixed. Cost also super reasonable. He said to call him any time if we had an issue. The other places seemed very corporate and were not helpful, especially with an emergency on a holiday. I'll only be using Root Electric going forward as they came to the rescue during a really inconvenient time with the holiday and the repair work was great.

Tony with Root Electric was wonderful. My husband and I started to smell burning in the house and located it to our level 2 EV charger. I called Tony on a Tuesday night and a new charger was hardwired and installed by Thursday afternoon. He was very communicative and transparent with pricing. I will use Root Electric for any other issues in the future and would highly recommend them!

Tony is the man! Root electric took a call for a weird breaker issue at my house. Tony came out and walked through the issues with me, and even gave me a little electrical lesson while he was at it. Highly recommend if you need anything done, Root is the place to go!!
