Erik and his team were so easy to work with! He was a so easy to schedule with and was proactive in reaching out to me when I made a scheduling mistake. He was on time and professional for both the estimate and completed work. He hung a chandelier for us which required adding power to the ceiling. The work was impeccable. They cleaned up after and answered our questions. I would highly recommend him.

Eric and his son hooked up a smart subpanel and ran a generator line to it as well. He was timely and professional and got it done. He even waited around for a long time while I problem solved problems with the smart part of the smart panel, so he could make sure that we had electricity. Guys were very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. They came with 4 lights to replace 6 lights and there were no connections for those new lights so they could not have installed them today. Fortunately, they figured out an old light that they installed 6 years ago had a bad connection and re-installed that light which in turn fixed the other light that was out. They also replaced a 110 outlet that was not working correctly. I guess you could say we all got lucky.....we didn't have to buy new lights and their 50 minutes at our home solved the problem.

We bought an electric vehicle and really needed a 240 outlet so I could charge it at home. Using public charging stations was getting very inconvenient! Noah was able to come out quickly and did a great job! He was efficient and friendly. The amount of work involved in installing this outlet was way more then we expected but Noah was able to do it in just a few hours and there was zero mess left behind. I've also had an opportunity to speak to the owner and that only strengthened my trust in the company! I highly recommend The Right Connecting to anyone needing an electrician!

Erik was fantastic. Texted me to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Came in with booties on his shoes. We had a light fixture installed over dining room table on a very high ceiling. He moved furniture, put plastic on floor and installed in a timely manner. Made sure to ask if height was OK and we adjusted by one link. Very thorough and professional. Will use his company again. Eric and team have been doing work for my parents for over 15+ years. As a new homeowner in Colorado, Eric recently completed several jobs at my newer build including new outlet installation, hanging of several semi-flush mount lights, and adding under cabinet and island lighting in the kitchen. He and his team are impressive professionals - everything was done perfectly and on time, and the booking/communication process through Windy was seamless. Most importantly, his staff all pass background checks and you receive texts in advance of the visit providing photos and information on the individual(s) who will be arriving at your house. A comforting safety element!

I found this company because our Genrac installer was no longer doing our area. We have had our generator since 2021. We had a fault code on our Generator that said we needed a technician to fix it. I Looked on Genrac website for dealers & service. This company was close to our area. Customer service was awesome. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Was able to get an estimate on what may need to be done. Steve sets up the appointments and is very knowledgeable on the system also. Steve told me who the technician would be coming out to our house. He also offered other services they provide and the cost. I Felt no pressure on purchasing those extra Services. Justin was the master electrician assigned to the job and is also the owner of the company. I received text messages about our appointment and to confirm the day I made the appointment. I also received reminder texts the day before and on the appointment day. I also received a text when he was on his way. Justin very was professional & thorough. He arrived on time also in a marked company truck. Was able to diagnose our issue quickly and service our Genrac. Very knowledgeable about the Genrac system. I like that they have an account management website to look at your appointments, quotes, look at invoices and pay your bill. That is very convenient. Our family will definitely be using this company again in the near future for our generator and electrical needs. So definitely recommend this company especially if you have a Genrac Home Generator. Also recommend the yearly service plan and remote monitoring of your Genrac. Definitely worth the cost.
