Principle was able to come take a look within just a day of calling, and then because the work was a series is small things, Noah had the materials needed right there with him and fixed us right up. Hired Justin and Principle to replace the entire electrical panel for a house I had just bought. Panel was 45 years old and some of the breakers would not reset. I got quotes from 5 companies total. Justin’s quote was not the cheapest, but it was the most thoroughly laid out and when I met Justin, I felt like this person would do everything right.

On the day of replacement, Noah showed up. So professional, polite, immediately gave me confidence. The day long process was a bit stressful as we did not want to be without power overnight. Justin and Daniel showed up to help out as well. Everything was handled by Justin and I did not have to deal with the inspector or power company at all.

Where Justin really made me a customer for life was his above and beyond response. The day after his crew left, my HVAC guys sprung on me that in addition to 110V line they needed, they needed a 220V line. Principle had taken care of the 110V line when they replaced panel the day before. I thought “oh no, this last minute, emergency request is going to cost me an arm and a leg!” When Justin billed me for all the additional, last minute requests, I was so pleased that the bill was reasonable, fair and did not take advantage of my predicament.

It’s so hard to find quality trades who will do the job correctly, with a care for how their end product looks, and do it for a reasonable price. Justin has built a small but excellent company with Daniel and Noah that I will not hesitate to use again in the future. I can’t say enough great things about Principle Electric.
