Super, super helpful and knowledgeable plant experts working at pine lane nursery. They take their time to answer questions and give excellent advise about what, where, when to plant even when I don’t end up buying stuff. They even sent someone over to remove some stakes from a tree they planted for me even though that wasn’t part of the price or service. No charge and he came 20 minutes after I called. Great customer service I love browsing through the plants and indoor shop. Pine Lane nursery is my favorite nursery in the Parker/Denver/Aurora area

pine lane is such a beautiful nursery! Their plants always look amazing, I was shopping for my mom’s yard and the perennial girl, mackenna was very helpful!! Will be coming back

Was worth the drive out to Parker. The trees were 30% cheaper than in Denver. The selection was awesome with many great trees. Friendly and helpful staff and a store with tons of great Christmas decorations. To top it off, they had live music with a guitarist playing awesome music.

We had come a few times for events over the summer and fall, and also purchased plants that have done fairly well, including a Plum tree and two grape vines. The main reason for the 2 stars is because the last time we went in I purchased bulbs and the woman that checked me out was very rude. She didn't want to answer any questions I had and was rolling her eyes at me. It made myself and my children feel very uncomfortable. I understand people have bad days but this was not a good experience for us.

Update: after speaking with customer service we have decided to give Pine Lane another try !

Recent Update:
I did try coming in again in hopes to get a few things but the women I spoke with again was very rude to me, and told me to stop arguing with her when I told her I was unsure which plum tree I should get to help my current Toka plum. I have a store credit here, and I am not even going to use that, because every time I come here the people are very rude. Not interested in trying again. I would again avoid this place. No plant selection is worth being mistreated and spoken to in this way.

I had a great experience with Pine Lane Nursery and I highly recommend them. Their salesman John helped me pick out a beautiful tree at a great price. Their install crew, led by Oscar, went above and beyond removing a stump left by the company that removed the old tree. They work hard and they know what they're doing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

We were sold a discounted tree last fall. The tree was beautiful but had already lost all its leaves when we received it, even though all the other trees at the nursery still had leaves. The salesperson we worked with assured us the tree was alive and would thrive in the spring.

We had Pine Lane deliver and install the tree, and we followed their recommended watering guidelines and applied root enhancer as advised. Now that spring has arrived, the tree has no buds and is clearly dead.

I contacted the nursery, but they refused to even offer credit toward a new tree. This is completely inappropriate. I am convinced they sold me a dead or diseased tree.

Bought a spruce and John helped us out. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of our new tree. Went home feeling confident knowing they were going to plant it and the 1 year warranty.

Great time yesterday at the nursery. Amazing assortment of landscaping products to choose from. We were specifically looking for shrubs to start landscaping our side yard and found just what we needed. Big shout out to Stephanie for helping keep us. focused on what we needed. We will be back!!

This nursery is very well maintained. I didn’t have any trouble finding exactly what I needed and then some. 😁 it was a lovely experience and I would be happy to come back again!

We were looking for a specific tree and Tom (not sure if the name!) helped us find the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, making sure that we picked the right size and giving us several tips for success. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. The place was very well organized and who doesn't enjoy walking through rows and rows of plants? We enjoyed our time there!

We absolutely love our friends at Pine Lane! Customer service is unmatched and they always have exactly what I need.

Joe the loader stepped in on a Saturday when everyone else was busy with customers. He was fantastic to work with. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he had a radio to ask the people that did. We bought 10 x 15-foot evergreen trees with delivery…will update this review following their installation.

We needed to replace a 2-year old tree that had died. We had heard great things about Pine Lane Nursery and decided to stop by to see what they had to offer. We were impressed by the size of the nursery and the vast inventory. John answered all our questions and did an incredible job helping us understand what type tree would best meet our needs. He is very knowledgable and just a super great guy to work with. The crew that delivered and planted the tree were on time, efficient, thorough and did a great job as well. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend Pine Lane Nursery!

XMAS Trees - The Best, especially for bigger trees, and offer fast and friendly delivery and set-up.
We like a 12 foot full tree and they have been hard to find lately especially before Thanksgiving when we like to decorate with the family. Pine Lane saved the day, they had a nice selection of tall trees in multiple species, not just Concolors (aka natives) as well as being able to have it delivered and set-up the same day. The folks were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and open to working with us to get the tree up in time to decorate on Thanksgiving (photo). We'll be back next year for sure.

Amazing service!
We showed up wanting to fill this space with perennials but didn’t know where to start… the staff was so warm, welcoming and helped me pick out some great plants based on my needs and wanted appearance of the garden!

Welcoming staff and the set up of the nursery is AMAZING. We had a great and informative conversation with a staff member about trees. (He was VERY will educate in trees and plants) The prices for the trees and plants are great. I am so excited we found this nursery.

This is a very organized and beautiful nursery. I love coming here, it’s my happy place and I always leave with great flowers, and excellent service. My children enjoy shopping with me and the events are wonderful. Thank you for the Mother’s Day flowers, cookies and lemonade.

This place is huge. Don't be fooled by what you see when you drive by. About 9 acres. You can find about anything here. They have gardening supplies, plant food, flowers, annual flowers, bushes, trees and lots more. They have multiple greenhouses with clearly marked areas. On the weekend parking can be tough. I had to park on the road but I'd say this place is still well worth it. Check this place out. At the very least you'll get a ton of ideas of what you might want your yard or project to look like. Also, the employees are incredibly friendly.

Over the years I have grown not to expect much from customer service. When I walked into pine lane nursery I kind of expected the same. But then a very friendly person walked up and much to my surprise asked if we needed any help. I shared I know nothing about plants or landscaping and yes I think I need a lot of help.
The person name is Debra knows everything about Pine Lane products. She stayed with us the entire process and made several recommendations for the spaces that we shared pictures with her on our phone. Besides being knowledgeable, and very patient more importantly I felt she genuinely cared about wanting to help. I could shop at a lot of other places but Debra,s abilities is a lost art. I’m shopping Pine Lane.
