I cannot say enough about the American Design & Landscape experience. From initial outreach to project completion I was impressed by the professionalism, communication, enthusiasm and subject matter expertise their team brought to the table.

During the xeriscape process they were able to seamlessly incorporate existing landscape pieces, merge them with new ones, incorporate plants and rocks native to CO and even came up with a thoughtful idea to turn one area of our yard into a fairy garden for our girls.

Special shout outs to Tia and Gustavo who did exceptional work and provided outstanding customer service before, during and after project completion. Highly recommend!

American is the very best landscape company I have ever worked with.

The design process started with a conversation. Our designer had years of experience and came from generations of landscape designers. We on the other hand were not so strong in our knowledge of landscape design. Even so he never lectured us our talked down to us. He listened to our needs and together we came up with a design that was both what we wanted and more than what we anticipated.

The crew was absolutely tremendous and professional. They executed our plan precisely and diligently and their years of experience showed in the final product. Our landscape was a bit complicated. It included hardscape, wall construction, redesigned irrigation and more. Our crew managed it all quickly while maintaining a clean job site ( a sure sign of professionalism) and respecting our neighbors.

I am proud to recommend them and have already set them up to do further work on my property.

We were extremely pleased with Tia Mower and her workers from American Design and Landscape. They cut back all the growth in the gardens, hauled it away and topped the gardens with fresh mulch. It all looks so clean and is ready for the spring. What took them less than two days would have taken me a month! The crew was polite and left no evidence of having been here. We also had them remove the rocks bordering the street and replace the weed barrier and the rocks. Looks fantastic. We have used them before and would be happy to use them again in the future.

We live on eight acres. Our goal was to push nature back a bit from our home. Steve designed a peaceful setting, which Fidel and his team executed expertly. Everyone from Kristina, the owner, to the guys that did the work were pleasant. Project was on time and on budget. The results were even better than the plans promised. We are already planning next spring’s project with American Design and Landscape. Don’t be disappointed, start with the best. We highly recommend this landscaper.

A few months back we were in search of a landscape company that could help us with erosion control as well as dress up the outside of the house cosmetically, I'm so glad that we went with American Design and Lanscape for all of this work. From the first design meeting with Zane to the last rock placed everything went perfect. Zane was very professional and really cared every step of the way that things were being done the way we wanted it. Communication was excellent. Jaimi and his crew worked so hard and meticulous. Watching the crew put in the waterless pond feature was amazing. We can't wait for the native grass to start growing in around everything. We love the waterless pond feature and so do the birds. As soon as you step outside you can hear the water flowing over the rocks, so cool. We would highly recommend this company for your landscape needs.

We recently purchased a home in Macanta (Castle Rock) and were looking for a top quality landscaping professional who could handle everything from design to approvals to execution. American Design & Landscape exceeded our expectations in every regard, on budget and ahead of schedule. Our new neighbors watched with envy as Steve and crew built our beautiful backyard space with exceptional care and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, including hands-on explanations of our irrigation systems and plants, as well as careful cleanup after each day of work.

As you can tell, I would recommend American Design & Landscape without hesitation to anyone looking to have the best looking yard on the block!

Just tried to set up an appointment for a sprinkler repair and the first question was “are you an existing customer,” I said no. She then told me they were backed up and not taking new customers at this time. I will not be reaching out to them for assistance again. Very disappointed!

The owner keeps his word and makes things right when something goes wrong. Unusual to find these days. Very much appreciate when that happens. It’s when something goes wrong that you get the opportunity to see the true colors of a company/owner. He met with me in person and took care of everything. Thank you!

I don't recommend choosing this company for a sprinkler blowout. The business committed to two different days with a no call and no show both times. If you make an agreement with someone you should keep your word and these people can't be trusted to do that simple thing.

Called a week in advance and made an appt for sprinkler blowout for Friday afternoon. Confirmed address with 5pm scheduled time. 5pm came today, no call or anything, waited around until 530 and called to see an update on when we could expect them and no answer. Left message with no call back. It’s now 730pm and have heard nothing. Would not recommend.

My family has used JKJ Lawn Sprinkler for years and we're beyond happy. We always use them to turn on and blow out our sprinklers every year. They've replaced our sprinkler heads with newer ones that offer better coverage and water savings. They've come out several times to fix sprinkler parts and the control box. They're friendly, prompt, and all-around a great family-run business to work with.

Had an appointment scheduled for a week, supposed to show up Tuesday afternoon for sprinkler blow out. I texted mid day to confirm, no answer. Called and texted again and no answer after no show. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, given the amount of snow we’ve gotten and are about to get. Do not recommend.

Joe and Joe installed our sprinkler system almost 20 years ago. We've had no problems, it was a great installation and we've enjoyed working with them ever since. Good people!!

I spent 3 days calling plumbers from Calhan, Kiowa, Elbert, and Elizabeth to no avail. Businesses even 15 minutes from me wouldn’t service my area because it was technically out of their service area. We had a main water line bust and I was beginning to get incredibly stressed and defeated.
Joe saw my post completely by chance on one of the community pages and so I gave him a call. Not only did he answer in like the first ring, but he and his colleague came out at like 6 at night day of to come inspect the problem and come up with a solution. They drove an hour from Parker, DAY OF to come help us. They found the issue in the waterline and said they could be out first thing the next morning and boy did they deliver. They showed up the next day, got in the crawl space, dug up the line, replaced the section of line that was busted, and it didn’t hardly take any time at all. I barely even knew they were there they were so quick and efficient!!!
I will always always be calling them for any of our plumbing needs. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and reassurance they gave me when I was pretty panicked haha.

I recently discovered a leak in my main sprinkler valve outside the house. A friend recommended Joe with JKJ to come take a look. Joe was quick to respond and had all needed materials ready. I’m very satisfied with the repairs and will call JKJ again for all future plumbing needs.

I had Joe come out to bid a job associated to bathroom remodel given his business outlines he is a plumber. The ask was for rough-in/install for 3 wall mounted faucets, seating/plumbing of 3 sinks, updating 3 shower faucets/various hardware, install free standing tub and install of a steam element for a shower. Bid was a bit cheaper than anticipated which should have tipped me off that this would be a terrible decision, but I was in a timing pinch and had Joe do the job.

Literally every aspect of his work was wrong. Multiple leaks, all of the hot/cold water lines were reversed (3/4 places he touched, so not all), rough ins all crooked or offset from where they were supposed to be even after providing clear measurements, I had to tear out the drywall 3 times after having it refinished so that it could be “fixed” and the plumbing for the bathtub was done incorrectly which was only identified after the heated floors/tile were installed - so now I am having to tear up the floors for the tub and the tub filler because all of his work was done with what appears to be complete guesses and no real understanding on how plumbing works (according to the plumber I’m now using to fix all of the mistakes). Highly recommend avoiding as now he is avoiding responsibility for his failures, won’t come to finish or provide return on payment for unfinished work and won’t even give me a receipt.

Your driver with the trailer cut me off today while speeding. I was in my work vehicle where I am not allowed to speed therefore the reason why I knew your driver was speeding. When he went around me he came back into my lane without a turn signal and way too close for comfort. Then sped up and started to go off into the distance. If this is how your driver's behave on the road with a branded black trailer I hate to see how professional they are when doing a job. Based on my interaction with your driver I wouldn't hire you to replace a garden hose.

Joe of JKJ plumbing performed poor quality work and charged for work not performed. When confronted on the issues, lied and said the cost was mostly for materials. When asked to provide receipts for materials non were produced over 5 months of requesting it. When it can time to provide sprinkler activation which was pre paid for. An appointment was made and Joe never showed up. And will not return calls or texts. I will have to take him to small claims court. Be very careful in using his services.

Joe and Calvin came out to my house and gave me an assessment to redo the irrigation in my front yard came out quick and gave me a very reasonable price and they did an amazing job. My husband and I highly recommend this company.
