We were looking for a company that would help us transform our backyard into a whole new space from start to finish. American Design & Landscape delivered on that. They had great ideas, were knowledgeable and produced a beautiful, quality project. The crews worked very hard, were thorough and had great attention to detail. They were also on time and kept the site neat and clean during the project work. We have referred them to others already and will continue to do so. It is so great to work with a Company that cares the way they do!

We needed to revamp our backyard and redesign it in a way that makes it easier for us to maintain and Tia was a great help. We had a ton of questions during the designing phase and she was patient enough to answer all of them! Timelines were set and adhered to as well.

Not only that but Jaime and crew were prompt and affable. They went above and beyond and removed/trimmed/cleaned up plants that already existed in the backyard and needed a little love. It was a pleasure to have them work with us.

We had to split our project up due to the upcoming winter season but I can't wait until the finishing details are completed!

Mike, the landscape designer was very nice and listened to my needs for the landscape reconstruction and rehab. He took pride in his work. Jaime and his crew were courteous and made sure to pick up each day when they left so my dogs would not hurt themselves on any tools. They were also very efficient . They demolished the old landscaping in about a day and a 1/2. That was very impressive! I love my new water feature. The owner even stopped by which was a very pleasant surprise. I would recommend this company 100%

American Landscape and Design did an outstanding job installing a patio and creating a beautiful landscaped backyard. The team was friendly and efficient. Tia and Gustavo attention to detail was amazing. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend them.

Steve and his team did a really great job. I told them roughly what I was looking for for my back yard, and Steve designed it in a couple of days. Then they completed the entire back yard in about a week. I had serious drainage issues that are not a problem any more and it just looks great. They also left me with enough information to maintain my plants well into the future.

Wanted to get a landscaping quote and scheduled to meet this morning at 8 with my tenants. Tenants said the rep rang the doorbell and before they could answer the door, the rep was already driving away. Didn't call me to see if anyone was home and not willing to wait a few minutes for someone to answer the door. Guess they didn't want the job.

We had an excellent experience with American Design & Landscape from start to finish. Steve help us design a beautiful back yard and the final product was exactly as promised down to the minimal details. Gustavo and the rest of the crew are amazing: very professional , they clean after themselves and they’re always on time. We had landscaping done in several homes throughout the years, but the quality of work done by ADL is far superior than anything else we had before. They have our highest unconditional recommendation.

It has been at least 3 years since American Landscape tore out my side yard wood boxes and stairs and replaced them with slab stone steps and boulders. I still marvel at how lovely it is and as the years go by, it matures and looks better and better. I love spending time relaxing and enjoying the serenity of my garden. Thank you!

From the first call, it was evident that your company cares about its customers. Everyone I spoke to about the project was knowledgable and helpful, listened carefully to our needs and desires and gave valuable advice. It felt like we were given information freely in order to try to make the best decisions possible for the project, and even when we could only do part of the estimated project due to budgetary necessity, we were treated with respect and care throughout the project. Tia is wonderful and a great advocate. We're looking forward to working with American Design & Landscape in future phases.

Tia Mower is not only an excellent landscape architect, with a degree in the field from CSU, but a very good educator as well. During our first consultation, I (who didn’t know the first thing about landscaping) learned SO MUCH!
For example bubblers vs pondless water features, petrified ponderosa pine, the drainage spot from the retaining wall, tree & plant choices & which trees have invasive roots. She explained everything so well and offered wonderful suggestions & ideas for my space. She even provided a list of several houses in my neighborhood on which American Design & Landscape had designed the front yard, as examples to help me ascertain what styles & features I liked. She explained Xeriscape (which most lay people like me call ‘Zero Scape’) and all aspects of rock, gravel, step building, drainage etc etc. Tia sent her design back via email very quickly after the consultation. She was professional, knowledgable, easy to talk & work with and just a general, all around rock star (pun intended).

Outstanding company that supports our community, we are all fortunate to have American Design & Landscape as a local Parker business. As a member of Sagewood Middle School PTO, I have reached out to Steve over the last few years for donations for our fundraisers. He is always ready to jump in and help, donating services that bring in much needed funds to our school. The continued support for community has earned our respect and admiration. We recently hired American Design & Landscape for a major project on my mom's new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Tia, Gustavo, and the team were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled from the initial consultation to the final touches. They took the time to understand our vision and transformed her yard beyond our expectations. The attention to detail, from plant selection to tree placement, was outstanding. They treated her budget, vision, and concerns as their own and gave us a piece of comfort and trust that is unparalleled by any other service I've used.

By every metric, American Design & Landscape (ADL) did a phenomenal job with our back yard space.

We were fortunate to work with Megan who was an excellent communicator and made the entire process proceed smoothly. I made two visits to their office throughout the process to drop of payments. The staff there was friendly, and helpful. Each visit I made they were expecting me due to communication from Megan, which made going there a breeze. The team that worked on our house were efficient, clean, and friendly.The project came in at the exact price we were quoted for and the final product looked just as we expected it to.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the services we received from ADL. I will be recommending ADL to all of my friends and family, as well as to all other internet citizens who find themselves needing landscaping services in this corner of the Denver-Metro area.

We have a new build home which required us to hire lots of trades/services in the last eight months. American was not only a pleasure to work with but also did superior work. American Design and Landscape did an amazing job with our backyard! Tia was incredible with her design and plant and tree selection. She picked the perfect items for the sizing of the yard. Superlative work and service from start to finish, and from the owner to the crew. We contacted three landscaping companies - our project was too small for one and we didn't have confidence in the expertise of the second. We were immediately impressed with Steve Bednarchik"s horticultural knowledge and willingness to build crevice gardens (something new for him and his crew). Our initial consult with ADL was in May, at which time we were told they could schedule construction in the fall. Between May and the start of installation, Steve patiently (and iteratively) developed a working plan from an artistic rendering done by another designer. We came up on ADL's schedule as promised in October. Their organization and logistics were stellar: the equipment and materials were available as needed, so there was no unnecessary down time. Steve, Gustavo Castaneda (Foreman) and crew made sure we were satisfied with every detail. The crew was industrious, courteous, highly skilled, meticulous, carefully worked around existing hardscape and plants, and even tidied up every evening before leaving. They appeared to genuinely enjoy and take pride in their work, and it shows in their results. We look forward to the planting phase next spring. :)

When you're tired of the rest, work with the BEST!

We have worked with other landscapers and nurseries only to be disappointed each time -- poor workmanship, poor quality stock, and poor service. Since "discovering" American Design and Landscape, we will stay with them. Steve is a GREAT designer and landscaper. He designed a beautiful water feature for us -- and we love it. Also noteworthy is Fidel, the crew leader who works with Steve. Steve and Fidel -- what a team!

We especially appreciate Steve's and Fidel's integrity. To me, integrity is very simple: You do what you say, and you say what do! When Steve says he will do something and when it will happen, it happens as stated and the workmanship is exceptional. New plantings are guaranteed, and if they fail, they are replaced with new plantings immediately. No questions asked -- much less a hassle!

American Design and Landscape -- the only name you need to know for a great looking yard and garden.

We had American Design and Landscape do our original back and side yards on a new-build home in 2019. It was a beautiful design and extremely well-constructed. We called them back in 2025 to provide some overall cleanup as well as protect our investment against invasive roots from the surrounding environment (aspens and Gambel oak) that were popping up in our yard and even against the foundation of our home. Steve, the original designer, knew exactly what we wanted and how to accomplish it. His crew, led by Gustavo, was hard-working and professional and worked with my wife and I to make some minor mods to the original plan. In the end they dug up invasive roots, laid down root barrier, rerouted water drainage away from the offending plants, touched up rocky areas that had settled, replaced a few plants that weren’t in the plan, and left the landscaping restored to its original beauty. At the end of each work-day the crew cleaned the area and left the back area entirely usable, and at the end of the work the yard was left spotless. Thank you, Steve, Gustavo, and the crew.
