Ty showed up at 7:00am ready to make my repairs and did a great job! Did some major repairs and replacement where a tree knocked down by the HR tornado torn up a zone. Repaired leaking heads and got everything working great. Very knowledgeable. I’ll have him back after we finish installing a flower garden. Great guy and easy to work with. Thanks Ty!

Kaizen Irrigation and Landscaping came highly recommended to us, and we’re so happy they were. Although I try to do much of the work on our irrigation, there are just some things that I can’t do. We had one of this issues with our irrigation system yesterday. I called up Ty, and as of this morning the problem is fixed. Fair pricing and wonderful customer service. Although we don’t ever look forward to problems, I’m relieved to have a reliable company to help us in the future.

New to me house and the first with a sprinkler system. Ty fit me in to the schedule, communicated well and knocked out the blowout quickly and professionally. He didn’t mind me following him around so I could learn and do it myself and explained the intricacies of this system very well. He also wasn’t bothered by a yard full of chickens and an attention-seeking Corgi. 😃

Kaizen Irrigation were very professional and knowledgeable. They contacted us immediately and provided an accurate estimate of the service needed and even though they were no openings for 10 days they managed to come in the next day and took care of our leaking sprinkler backflow preventer within an hour.

I have tried three other irrigation companies to sort out sprinkler coverage issues with limited success.

Ty and Adam are the real deal. Kaizen means constant improvement in Japanese and I believe these guys are living it. They don't send a crew out, you get one or both of them, they do the work. I found both of them to be knowledgeable and forthright.

Ty surveyed our sprinkler system and suggested some changes that were easy and inexpensive. Another company had recommended changing out all the sprinklers and heads at a cost of $1,400. No way that was needed.

I also asked Ty about some lawn issues we were having and he had a sensible recommendation to try.

Last Friday I had an unexpected PVC failure on a 3-valve irrigation manifold. It happened just prior to the Labor Day weekend.. I tried without success to reach my primary contractor without success by phone and text. They took a 4 day weekend and left me unsupported.

I called Ty from Kaizen Irrigation as a highly rated local option and he answered the phone and agreed to meet me the next day on Saturday at 8 am to assess the problem..Having identified the major PVC rupture he scheduled a repair for the following Tuesday am prior to my scheduled Aeration and Seeding appointment Sept 4th (Wednesday). He answered the phone prior to a holiday weekend and was available at 7 am Tuesday when I needed him. He communicated directly with me by Text messages with timely service and travel updates. Ty used higher quality component parts (PVC) than the prior failed materials and completed the repair in a timely manor.. He tested our entire irrigation system to ensure I was fully functional..

This highly valued customer service, availability when needed and high quality parts and service is rare these days from larger citywide alternative contractors. I plan to make a change for my 2025 season bundled service irrigation support contract. Large remote contractors are not always available when you need them.

Ty inspected a neglected sprinkler system and got it running by replacing a backflow valve. Even though they are very busy in the Spring he was able to fit me into their schedule. He was very friendly, honest, and professional! Thank you!
