Lulian and Vlad were awesome. I had my AC go out with temps in the upper 90s forecasted all week and was having a hard time finding anyone that could help right away. Then I found a listing for their services with some good reviews and am so lucky I took a chance and reached out! They came within hours, identified the issue (compressor needed to be replaced), quoted it out and were back the next day to install everything so I was back up and running. Great communication throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to fit me in their schedule. I’m a new homeowner and appreciated Lulian’s long term view on maintenance support to keep the new unit healthy and running smoothly for years to come so I get the most out of the investment. Would absolutely recommend.

Iulian provided amazing service. Our furnace stopped working and when he was scheduled to come out the next day by the dispatcher, he messaged to say he was actually in the neighborhood if I was available now.

He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a solution (blower motor and wheel replacement). He priced it out and then let us know the furnace, being nearly 30 years old, might go out or have another issue at any point. He recommended a full replacement.

We sat with the options and made the choice to replace the furnace. He was not pushing us one way or the other, simply providing the facts and info and allowing us to decide. He shared a quote (an amazing price compared to others, I checked) and included a few extra elements to ensure it would run at peak performance (I.e. duct cleaning, drain pipe replacement).

He was able to come out two days later to fully replace the furnace, even cleaned the A/C coils/unit, replaced a number of things to be up to code, and showed us how to clean our compressor and walked us through maintenance to “save your money and prevent you having to call me out.”
