David was very kind and very knowledgeable about my hvac system. He explained everything in detail and set up a necessary repair. I thought the price was fair and reasonable, and the company is super honest and top-notch! In fact after having trouble with another company, I called Moore to ask some questions to validate what I had previously been told. The owner actually took the time to call me back and explain in detail. Now that is customer service! I would recommend Moore heating & Air. They didn’t try to upsell me or oversell me. They just identified the issue, and set up a repair. Honesty was the prevailing need here, and they exceeded it.

Moore has been to my house twice now, and both service calls were quick, efficient, and professional. I’m very happy with the service. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Moore Heating & Air Conditioning completed a quick turnaround installation of a new furnace and water heater for me. The technicians arrived on time and were excellent to work with. They did an outstanding, first-class job with the installation and were done much quicker than I expected. I called this company to inspect my furnace after noticing a burning smell. I was quoted $59 for a technician to come out. I specifically asked whether that $59 would be applied toward any repair or diagnostic work, as is fairly standard in the industry, and was told no — it was a flat $59 fee plus any parts needed for repair. I agreed and scheduled the visit.

When the technician arrived, he asked what I wanted him to do. I explained that I wanted an evaluation and inspection of the furnace. At that point, I was told it would be an additional $150 to perform any inspection or diagnostic work.

This left me in an unreasonable position: either pay $59 for no inspection or diagnosis at all — essentially just a trip charge — or pay $209 for the inspection I originally called and scheduled for.

This pricing structure was not clearly explained upfront and feels misleading. It puts the customer in a difficult spot once the technician is already at your home. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.

Shawn did an incredibly thorough job of diagnosing the concerns of a potential issue with my home furnace. He went above and beyond to ensure he checked out the system, even climbing down into the spidery crawlspace. Great communication from the start. Furnace not working. Early January, very cold! Called Moore Heating & AC on a Saturday. They had a tech out in less then two hours. Shawn found the problem and fixed it in less then an hour. Price was very reasonable for an emergency call on a weekend. Great service - Great price! Highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Moore Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed a new furnace, air conditioner, zoning system, steam humidifier, and upgraded filtration, and everything was handled with care and professionalism from start to finish. Their pricing was very fair, and the final cost was exactly what was quoted, with no surprises. A special thank you to Austin and the installation crew — they were thorough, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We’re extremely happy with the work and will absolutely continue to use Moore for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
