David did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the water leakage below my 6 y.o. AC/Furnace combo in the basement in about an hour. (He also did pre-winter cleaning/maintenance on my furnace.) The drain for the AC condensate pan had never been cleaned and was clogged. He cleared it with a brush and poured water thru to test that it was clean. To maintain the drain, he said to pour a gallon of water thru the drain (their is a clean-out opening above the P-trap of the drain where it exits the AC) at the end of the season to flush any build-up out. I asked about putting treatment tablets in the pan to prevent sludge build-up, but my pan cannot be accessed without breaking the concrete-type sealant on the seams of the AC unit. He said unless the AC has to be opened for a repair, it's best to leave it sealed tight. He also answered several other questions I had. If the drain ever needs replacing, or if you are installing a new AC unit, he recommends a clear drain that comes with its own brush for maintenance. I also like that he didn't try to "up-sell" add-ons to make extra money for the company. Thank you for good, old-fashioned service and a job well done. My son recommended Moore to me and I will call them in the future for any HVAC service.

AC Maintenance performed by David M. was excellent. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. My AC unit is located in the attic, so he recommended getting sensors to detect water in the event there is a leak. The sensors could easily be ordered from Amazon for a fraction of the price of an instrument he could install that would automatically shut off the unit. This option will work well for me. I'm glad I went with Moore and will use them again.

Hello it is August the 26, 2025 and we are up an running. We had a very unusually problem with our 2019 Furnace and the new air conditioner but David from Moore work and work the problem until it was corrected. Be assured that Moore will do the job right and will stay with you until you are completely happy!

Ok it is August 15. Moore techs are still working very hard on this AC unit. Hopefully one more visit and the unit will work properly. Keep you posted.

This rating may change but not today. About three weeks ago we had a new AC unit installed for over 10 000 dollars. As of today August 5th 2025 it is not preforming. The house is 81 degrees and climbing
I so hope they will be able to fix it or put in an other unit!

Shawn did a very thorough job. After servicing our furnace he explained the condensation cap (again) so I would know how to clean it. Also diagnosed the problem with our electronic air filter & will look into getting a new part or what alternatives may be available.

Wouldn't trust this company anymore. Go find someone else that can do the work properly. If you have problems they don't even want to discuss it, yet they say on their responses to reach out. Bunch of garbage.

We checked with several companies on AC and heating systems. We decided to keep it local and chose Moore heating/Ac. We had multiple system options and chose furnace only at this time. The installation went well although there was an issue with the thermostat. Problem solved. Furnace works great. Thanks

Moore heating was great from the start. We had 9 options to choose from. The install day took 6 hours. Clean and efficient install process. We purchased a new thermostat and they installed that as well. They were very helpful questions and explained the new system. We are very excited. 18 months financing was a bonus.
