Highly recommend Kam Mohabbat from The HVAC Army. He came out to fix our leaky faucet went above and beyond. He was professional left the work place spotless .Will be calling him again for any pluming needs.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Tech was very professional. I wasn’t aware I had to clear the fins under the hail shield. Below is a pic of what the fins looked like before they were cleaned.

Moore Heating came to our house and replaced all of the furnaces and air conditioners on schedule and within budget. Their guys were great and the experience was good. We had a couple hiccups as one would expect and they were very responsive correcting the issues. We would use them again. Thank you Moore Heating! 😁

My tech Shawn J. was timely, super knowledgeable and thorough. He ended up coming in twice due to main office initially not sending him in with everything he needed (despite me being specific about the problem and what needed to be checked). The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because at no point did they disclose the cost of leak detection (to be extra fair I didn’t ask specifically about leak detection cost), but I DID as for how much this would be and despite them being upfront about cost of service call, refrigerant and labor cost, leak detection test cost never was brought up until final bill.

If I would have known I would have just asked them to charge it and we would go from there and save myself almost $300 on this. Especially because the tech themselves stated there was no obvious evidence of one.

Excellent service, all technicians were courteous and respectful of my property. Moore heating let me know they were arriving and was on time. They are a fair and honest company. Above and beyond any other HVAC company that I have ever worked with for quality of workmanship. I’m very pleased!

Moore came back three times to troubleshoot my furnace issue, including some conversations over the weekend. They treated me fairly in terms of costs. I felt listened to.

Shawn was great. Very thorough with our furnace issues. Communicated lots of info about the furnace and controls on the thermostat that can be used that we hadn’t paid attention to.

David knew exactly what he was doing and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He went above and beyond for this simple inducer motor change. He provided valuable guidance and suggestions for the future of our furnace. Moore is on our neighborhood preferred list, this is an example of why!

We have used this company several times over the years — both directly and through third parties. In the past their work was acceptable, though never “outstanding.” Unfortunately, over the last couple of jobs, our satisfaction has dropped sharply.

When you call outside of “normal business hours,” you reach their answering service. When they follow up, they don’t use their business line — instead they call from the owner’s personal number. That’s not very professional and raises concerns about accountability.

On our most recent contact was to proactively scheduled a furnace (and A/C) cleaning before the busy season. They came out, “cleaned” both units — but barely a month later, with almost no usage, the furnace stopped working. We hired a completely different company to inspect it; they told us the failure was due to lack of proper cleaning. In other words: the job we paid for was not done properly.

We contacted the company for a follow-up; they never responded. After submitting a complaint via Better Business Bureau (BBB), they still refused to engage with the core issue — instead they argued over minor points. Even when we provided proof of payment, they attempted to dismiss the issue because we had redacted the name of the second company (for privacy).

We originally chose them based on a referral — a referral that we later discovered came from a business with questionable practices. In hindsight, that should have been our first red flag.

At the end of the day: life is too short to deal with poor-quality service. I strongly recommend sticking with a company that values your business, communicates clearly, and does the job right the first time or at least with fix it when they make a mistake.

Added after their response: Laughing at the response. Must be their boiler plate response since I already reached out to them to start with (as stated), then through BBB and got nothing but arguing.

Shawn did an outstanding job: knowledgable about diagnosis and repair, professional, prompt to arrive for appointment and with follow-up questions, and thorough.

Moore has been fantastic for both fixing issues and installing new parts. I appreciate the work and honesty. Would recommend highly.

Rich was timely as promised and a text with his picture was provided when he was on the way. He was friendly and courteous. He explained what he needed to do and completed the job efficiently, describing any maintenance that was required. Overall good experience as it always is with Moore and their employees!

David Maese did a professional repair on my Rheem furnace. Before he arrived, I did a quick internet search on how to pronounce his last name. I found out that his surname is an old Spanish word meaning expert, a master craftsman. What an appropriate name! Thanks David!
