I most highly recommend Kaizen Irrigation and Landscaping as local (Lone Tree) company that emphasizes customer service, availability and high quality products and services at a fair price.

Last Friday I had an unexpected PVC failure on a 3-valve irrigation manifold. It happened just prior to the Labor Day weekend.. I tried without success to reach my primary contractor without success by phone and text. They took a 4 day weekend and left me unsupported.

I called Ty from Kaizen Irrigation as a highly rated local option and he answered the phone and agreed to meet me the next day on Saturday at 8 am to assess the problem..Having identified the major PVC rupture he scheduled a repair for the following Tuesday am prior to my scheduled Aeration and Seeding appointment Sept 4th (Wednesday). He answered the phone prior to a holiday weekend and was available at 7 am Tuesday when I needed him. He communicated directly with me by Text messages with timely service and travel updates. Ty used higher quality component parts (PVC) than the prior failed materials and completed the repair in a timely manor.. He tested our entire irrigation system to ensure I was fully functional..

This highly valued customer service, availability when needed and high quality parts and service is rare these days from larger citywide alternative contractors. I plan to make a change for my 2025 season bundled service irrigation support contract. Large remote contractors are not always available when you need them.

Ty inspected a neglected sprinkler system and got it running by replacing a backflow valve. Even though they are very busy in the Spring he was able to fit me into their schedule. He was very friendly, honest, and professional! Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with the work, customer service and finished product. Ty responded right away, set my expectations and over delivered. We had a tough one as our maple trees roots strangled a sprinkler head at the base, causing a rupture of water. Ty had it working again in no time. I recommended Ty to my neighbors and friends.

Ty and Adam did a great repairing and replacing the broken manifold of our sprinkler system. At the busy start of June, they were still able to get us on their schedule quickly and were efficient and hard-working. Fair priced, excellent service and communication! We had a great experience with Kaizen Irrigation! Ty showed up when he said he would, looked at our system and sent me a quote for the work that same night. We agreed to the quote and got on their schedule. He showed up to complete the work at the time we agreed and our sprinkler system is now back up and running! Kaizen did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it at the price we agreed to. Great experience!!

Great experience from start to finish! First, I was able to schedule my sprinkler blowout a month out. Then in the day of my service, Ty was very friendly and prompt. He sent me a text to tell me he would be at my house in about an hour and then again when he was about 10min away. He asked if he could back his truck into my driveway before doing so and was very fast with my sprinkler system blowout.

Guys at Kaizen were great! Had a sprinkler issue I couldnt handle on my own, and other irrigation companies wouldnt even touch it! These guys came out and pounded it out in 1/2 day, and for a very reasonable price. Normally I handle sprinkler issues myself, but after this experience, not sure its worth the headache...just call Ty at Kaizen! Seriously, try these guys out, you will be happy.

Great service! Our sprinkler system needed some repairs and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to make it out. Ty came on time, there was great communication, he was able to fix everything, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Ty was fantastic during his visit to check on why there a leak in my control valve box for the sprinkler system. Turns out the knob for the drainage was open without my knowledge. He got it all squared away. In addition, he tested to make sure all the sprinkler nozzles were operational and replaced a couple that were faulty.
He was great enough to waive the service call fee and only charge me for the parts to fix the nozzles.
Since this is my first home, he took some time and walked me through the process of blowing out the sprinkler system during the winter months.
Kaizen is now on my preferred vendor list for all things landscaping and Irrigation.

They did a great job adding a zone on my sprinkler system. They communicated really well leading up to it and then did the job exactly as I asked them to. I would definitely recommend them and their pricing was way better than the competitors we got bids from.

What a great experience! After seeing their stellar reviews, I called Kaizen to schedule a sprinkler blowout. They were available on the timetable I needed, and Ty kept me informed about arrival time. He is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and -- most importantly -- nice to my dogs who took a liking to him immediately. The work was done well and quickly. Kaizen Irrigation has been an amazing company to work with. They were able to come out within a couple days of reaching out and were very professional. I even had to call back due to one sprinkler head leaking. Ty came back within 2 days and got it fixed up for no extra charge. We will definitely be using Kaizen again when we have irrigation needs.
