Very happy with this company! My schedule can be crazy at times. Ty worked hard to make it work after I had to reschedule a couple of times. Needless to say communication was great. Ty was on time, very polite and professional. He got the job done and the price was fair. I would highly recommend his services.

Scheduling an appointment to evaluate my sprinklers was easy, and, overall communication with Kaizen has been great. Ty arrived on time and was able to answer all of my questions, including providing recommendations for how to address some of my issues without trying to push any additional products or services on me.

I'm typically a DIY guy around the house, but glad I ended up calling Kaizen for my issues. Will certainly be using them to help with my lawn/irrigation needs going forward.

Had a great experience with Kaizen Irrigation and Landscaping. I reached out to Ty just before the holiday, and he was quick to respond and easy to coordinate with. He showed up on time, was professional, worked fast, and got everything done without any hassle.

He fixed a broken line and replaced 4–5 sprinkler heads and the total cost was way less than I expected. No “Highlands Ranch premium” here, just good work at a good price.

I recently hired Kaizen Irrigation and Landscaping to repair my sprinkler system which was originally built in 1979. One sprinkler junction box with 4 valves finally developed a leak and had to be totally rebuilt. Complicating the process was the fact that I built a brick patio extension over the valve box, so it was deeper than normal. Ty and Adam gave me a reasonable estimate, believing it would take most of one day. They showed up on time at 8:30, and were done at 2 pm despite the fact that we decided to replace the box with a larger version. Everything ran perfectly when they were done! No leaks!! Both owners are very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They do very good work and I'll hire them again if needed. I have already recommended them to two other friends and neighbors. Well done, guys!

Ty did an excellent job fixing a zone on our sprinkler system today. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. Everything is working perfectly now, and we really appreciate how smoothly the repair went. We’ll definitely be using Kaizen again in the future.

Kaizen Irrigation did our sprinkler blowout and put up our Christmas lights. They were great to work with. Very responsive and friendly, and the house looked great!! Definitely recommend using them for your irrigation/Christmas light needs.

They did good work on the features we asked for. Steve walked us through all of the steps in the project, and came by a number of times to check on progress and answer questions. When a tree they planted died a few weeks later, they covered it under warranty.

They were able to help me with a unique project on a quick turnaround despite the season. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. They arrived on time and quickly finished the project. I highly recommend their services, they will be our go-to for any future projects we have.

I had HI-DEF do some work in our backyard to install artificial turf for the dog area. Not everything went according to plan, but Steve made sure that he came out and fixed everything. The job looks great, was done fast, and the issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. I will definitely use HI-DEF again.

Hi-Def built the most amazing outdoor cabana last summer & added additional landscaping to our backyard. They were extremely awesome in their approach to building our vision. They communicated often and stayed on budget. In fact, we are now beginning Phase 2 to finish out our landscaping of our backyard, side yard, & the remainder of the front. Steve & Jean- Michel are amazing to work with!! We would highly recommend!!
