I have been using Drainline for the past 3 years to do some major cleaning of my sewer line which was full of tree roots. I have Drainline come out once a year for tree root removal maintenance and they are fantastic! Family owned business and I will continue to use them in my future.

Hired Billy for an emergency repair. He repaired 2 issues. When we open the system this year discover there is still a leak in the garage. Call called Billy for help because our original issue is still occuring with a leak in the garage. He wanted to charge us $400 more dollars (on top of $3200 we paid for original repair). Either Billy doesn't know how to properly assess and repair a leak or he has absolutely terrible customer service. Stay far away u less you want to spend excessive amounts of money and still have a leak.

Billy was very knowledgeable, not pushy and accessed not only my budget, but the long term fix. Transparency on what could work and what would be best was very helpful in completing an already stressful unexpected expense. Worked very clean and was quick with minimal disruption. Took all trash and left my bathroom spotless ! Highly recommend !

Billy did me a solid. I hired him for a garage conversion to living space back in 2018. I dragged my feet for a while to complete the finish work, but finally got around to my powder bathroom and found out that the in-wall faucet assembly was backwards. Contacted Billy, he was responsive and got it fixed (at no cost) within a week after 5 years of being done with the job. Someone that definitely stands behind his work and company.

Billy did a great job for me! They came out the same day I called. After 20 years in this home, our kitchen drain line was completely clogged. He diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately and provided a quote upfront. Then he gave me a break on some additional work that was needed, re-seating the garbage disposal that was leaking. And he left the area under the sink cleaner than he found it! I highly recommend Drainline Services!!

I was going to replace our outside water faucet myself until I discovered that it was soldered to the main water line so I called drainline services. It wasn't the first time I called them, but I was thinking the job might be too small since I know they do really big jobs. I called, they accepted my job and sent someone over who was very conscientious about the details on my very simple job. It was obvious that the priority was on doing a thorough and good job, not rushing off to the next job.
