No homeowner wants to deal with any issues, but it’s SO nice (and unusual) to deal with a service provider who is prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and genuine. I found some questionable water around 12noon, they were out here by 1:30 same day! I called 3 or 4 other companies who didn’t even pick up the phone, let alone be available in under 2 hours.

Billy did an amazing job replacing our 21 year old gas water heater. He had a great 3 man crew swap out the old water heater with the new one seamlessly, and he did a wonderful cleaning up after.

There have been no fewer than 6 plumbers out in the past year to troubleshoot a sewer gas smell coming from our basement. Each one dismissed my concern because they couldn’t locate the source. Danny with Drainline was the first to ask about a crawlspace then immediately found a leaking pipe which was the source of the phantom smell. He was very professional and courteous- and replaced the faulty pipe within an hour. So happy that I can finally rest easy knowing it’s been handled.

We had an issue of water leaking under a ground floor toilet and coming up our laundry drain. Drainline was out as scheduled and were able to get the initial problem cleared for us. The house is about 50 years old and we had a severe root problem in our mainline. After they cleared the line, they were able to use their camera to show us the break in our line which caused the problem. They located the area on our driveway and scheduled a return trip, for an excavation down to the break (11') to repair it, and install two cleanouts. We had to be out of town but they took care of this in our absence. When we returned a few days later, the crew returned and showed us how the cleanouts worked by confirming the new, undamaged line with their camera. A photo of the patch is included. They quickly did a great job to resolve this issue, sparing us from an awful ordeal at a reasonable price.

We've used Drainline Services for two different issues in our recently purchased home and each experience exceeded our expectations. All 3 technicians that helped us, including the owner, made sure we were informed throughout the process and even gave us options to keep costs low. If you're looking for a competent plumber with phenomenal customer service, Drainline Services is the only company I would recommend to family and friends.

Greg Roberts is not to be trusted. What he promises he does not deliver. He is hostile to consumer questions

$450 for three hours of basic plumbing which included 2 trips to Lowes. Told him twice on the phone what I needed done, and he showed up unprepared.

Robert not only saved me nearly 200% of what a high priced competitor was quoting, he completed the job in about half the time the other company was claiming it would take. I won't be calling anyone else from this point forward. Thanks Robert.

Great customer service! It turns out we didn't have a leak in our pipes, but needed to put some silicone around the sink and faucet. Definitely would recommend them for any plumbing needs!
