Roofing & Gutters reviews in Parker, Colorado

Great to deal with, they handled all aspects of the roof replacement in a fast and professional manner. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Daniel for the outstanding service

Daniel and his team were excellent to work with. He helped identify items of the hail damage that we wouldn't have seen without him. Super professional and willing to answer any questions we had.

Our Castle Rock townhome community had originally signed a contract with a predatory local roofing company. My State Farm agent recommended we board members get another estimate from Daniel at 5280 CCS who she had worked with and touted as a highly skilled and honest roofer. (At the time, I had begun to think "honest roofer" was an oxymoron). The owner, Daniel, came out and met with me, inspected the roofs and earned my confidence and trust very quickly since his integrity was obvious to me right away. Throughout the process, Daniel was patient, compassionate and positive. He went above and beyond to help us get out of the predicament we were in and his prices were dramatically less than the other roofer. From the scheduling of the project to working around other construction happening within our community, to communication with the residents and board, and everything in between, 5280's work was prompt, reliable and impeccable. We will without a doubt be recommending 5280 Creative Construction Solutions to others and if the need arises, will certainly be using them in the future. If you are seeking a competent, honest, professional roofer for any size project, you will not regret hiring this company.

We got our fireplace remodeled last year. A couple weeks ago, after a ridiculous amount of hail and rain, we started hearing a drip in the fireplace and saw water on the insert. My husband reached out to another company and Daniel was recommended. We are so appreciative that he came out to Conifer to check out our metal roof. He was quick and prompt and helped my husband understand the issue. Thank you so much, Daniel! You've got clients for life out of us!

Thank you, Creative Construction Solutions (and Daniel), for a complicated and timely home roofing job on my home in Evergreen, CO! Our home was under contract and Daniel dealt with insurance, two clients, escrow, and a time crunch to get a beautiful job completed while under a timeline for a real estate closing. Highly recommend!!

Extremely impressed with Daniel and 5280. Previous contractor wanted me to file a claim for an entire new roof - which was denied. Daniel came out next day, did a thorough inspection, a few minor repairs, and didn’t even charge me because it was a short visit. Refreshingly honest and competent.

Daniel was referred to me by a person I have done business with for years. He told me that Daniel was honest and trustworthy, and that he was the only person he would ever let work on his roof. All of this was true.
He came out did the inspection, found that our pipe jacks were old and had never been replaced when another company replaced my roof. He replaced them and redirected one of our gutters.
When it’s time for a new roof, I will certainly call on Daniel

Daniel was a pleasure to work with. Very communicative, professional, detail oriented. He was very fair in his work and efficient as well. Would highly recommend him for your roofing needs.

I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. 5280 CCS was recommended to me by my insurance company. I called and within a day or two, Daniel (the owner) was at my house inspecting wind damage to our roof. He immediately knew our shingle was discontinued (among other issues), thus increasing the likelihood insurance would cover a full replacement. When insurance only issued a partial replacement, he successfully went to bat for us to get the full roof covered. From that first day, Daniel and team handled all comms with the insurance co and kept me up to date on progress. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother. He also upgraded our shingle at no cost to us. I hope I don’t need a new roof any time soon but if I do I’ll be calling them back for sure.

Great roofing experience. Daniel did an outstanding job in every phase of our roof replacement--and is a good guy. would always highly recommend him

I was impressed with Daniels knowledge of the business, his helpfulness and calm demeanor. He inspected our roof and a recent repair done by someone else and he cleaned out my dryer vent. This is one of the good guys you can trust. Highly recommend him for any of his services.

Daniel was recommended by my homeowners insurance agent to determine if my existing roof would qualify for an impact-resistant discount. He arrived on time the very next morning, inspected the roof and, since I had no paperwork on the original construction, investigated the material to verify that it did qualify. Within a day he he filled out the certification paperwork and sent it directly to my agency which qualifies me for a significant discount. I have met a number of roofing contractors over the past year for quotes to prevent ice dams from forming and found Daniel to be the most straightforward and professional. I plan on using him for roof maintenance going forward.

Daniel is professional, honest, and knowledgeable with the customer's interest his main priority. He kept us aware of timing and was quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. His ethics are beyond reproach. I highly recommend Daniel and 5280 Creative Construction.

Great experience. We had a leak in our roof, received several estimates. Dan was the only one to point out that our shingles were no longer made and couldn’t be matched. As a result he spoke with our insurance company and got them to replace our entire roof
The instal went great and he was able to do a custom edge for us too!

We had a heavy hail storm recently that wiped out our green house roof (not part of insurance) and damaged a window.
With all of that damage and the shingle “sand” that was coming off the roof, we asked our insurance agent to recommend someone to come out a look at the roof.
After a thorough assessment of our roof, we received the good news that our roof survived very well and does not need to be replaced.
Going above and beyond, Daniel saw two (2) missing shingles and replaced them right away.
Great service, very friendly and defiantly trustworthy.

Daniel did a great job getting my mom’s roof repaired from many years of damage and neglect. He’s very responsive and flexible with scheduling needs and was able to get his crew out quickly and the work done ahead of schedule. Definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.

Super impressed with owner Daniel. I had roof repair and gutter work done at my home in Castle Rock and got the help I needed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I had a concern about one aspect of the job and the owner, Daniel K, came right out and made the modification I requested. I highly recommend 5280 Creative Construction Solutions.

I'm a State Farm agent. I have to depend on quality roofers to refer my customers to. I started working with Daniel several years ago and have since built an amazing relationship with him and refer 5280 CCC above all other roofers. He's a Gem among roofers because he's honest, he shows up when your insurance adjustor is there for a claim and points out wind/hail damage they might have missed. He has a terrific and well established crew. They are on-time and on-point. He has re-roofed dozens and dozens of my customers including entire condo communities. Everyone sings his praises. I should have left this review years ago because he's my go-to roofer. If I could leave more than a 5 Star review, I would leave a 50 Star Review. Great Work Daniel and 5280 Creative Construction Solutions!

I am so pleased with this company! Daniel answered his phone & was able to schedule me for same day service, on a Saturday to boot! He came out, inspected my roof and sealed the areas that needed sealing! It was a quick and easy process. I will be referring Creative Construction Solutions to all my family, friends & neighbors! Excellent experience! Thank you! 😊

Exceptional customer service and attention to customer needs. Roof and gutters are perfect with a higher quality product. Daniel and his group are amazing to work with and communicative throughout the entire process. There aren't enough stars out there for 5280 CCS!

Daniel was wonderful to work with! He helped us so much by doing two separate roof inspections to assist with finalizing our homeowners insurance. He was timely, honest, and dependable. I highly recommend getting an honest roof inspection from 5280 Creative Construction Solutions!
