My water heater kicked the bucket one day after work and Marcus was available to diagnose the issue that same evening with no charge. He offered to replace and install a new water heater the next day for a reasonable price (based on what I could compare it to at the time). He was timely, thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, and displayed exceptional work ethic and care. He truly made the effort to ensure I received the best service from him, considering this was his business and reputation on the line. Additionally, he helped me schedule an inspector to ensure his work was acceptable and kept me informed of when the inspector was heading over and when his work was complete.
If you're looking to support a local plumber who's willing to go the extra mile for you, Marcus is worth your time and money. I would 100% use his services again in the future simply because I know I can trust his expertise while knowing he will provide the best customer service and care without cutting corners.
