Reviews of local pros in Pine, Colorado

Adam came out to our house and wired up a 220v 60a charger for our Tesla and fixed a heat fan in our bathroom. What competence and just a super guy to talk to! Personable and knowledgeable.

What a great find in our new neighborhood! We posted on FB in search of a quality electrician here in our local mountain community and they were by far the most recommended company. They are professional, did great work and reasonably priced.
I plan on doing many projects in our fixer upper and they will be the only call I make for electrical work!

I needed some repairs for my house I'm selling. They were the best price for my area. Serge was prompt with his response and repairs. It ended up being an easy fix and cost less than I originally was quoted which is great! Definitely recommend!

Serge and his technicians are always fantastic! They are honest and do the job right every time. I have had them to my home several times for different things, they are the only company I will use. I highly recommend them!

Francci Electrical is the only company we will use for our electrical needs. They do an amazing job and are very professional. We highly recommend them. We are repeat customers.

I had a radiant tube heater installed in my shop and Francci Electric was recommended by the heater installers. Serge responded promptly to my request for an estimate and it was very reasonable.
They showed up exactly when they said they would and the conduit work is beautiful!

Serge and his team is professional and his price is reasonable. I have recommended him to my real estate clients who need to have work done within a short turn around. Not only did his team do the best work in the shortest time, his price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend him!

Serge Francci Electric is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and does amazing work. Very professional. I highly recommend using him. You will not be disappointed

Serge has done great work for us on several lighting and electrical projects at The Happy Beast, our natural pet food store in Lafayette. He is thorough, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We always recommend him highly to our friends and customers and look forward to working with him again in the future.

From my first phone call to scheduling the appointment, to showing up Serge and his electricians were very responsive and kept me updated and showed up on time. They replaced old, outdated track lighting with recessed lighting on a steep vaulted ceiling and worked with me on the placement during the install. We also have a very large 3-tiered lighting fixture that they troubleshooted the cause for us. Serge was proactive calling and making sure I knew where we were at on scheduling and reconfirming before they came out. Let me know who was coming out and followed through on what he promised from the quote and coordinating with me before the painters came and the install. Much appreciated!

Serge Francci of Francci Electric & Controls has been a great resource for our business the past 3.5 years. He is always responsive, invoices quickly, and fully completes a job with no problem. We have had him do all sorts of electrical work for us for a number of properties that we manage. We have used him on our personal homes as well. We highly recommend him as an electrician and as a technician with a great attitude and personality. His prices are fair and we have not had any complaints with the quality of the work he has provided for us. He will secure quotes for you if needed, especially on potentially larger electrical jobs. We have used him on jobs ranging from electrical panels, to basic troubleshooting of the wiring in a house, to assessing outlets and GFCI's that won't stop tripping, to installation of 220v outlets. Serge can do it all.

Francci Electric is a great company to work with, I'm so happy we have a reliable local service in Bailey!

Highly recommend Serj and his team for any related work!!!

As a general contractor finding great companies to work with is essential. We have used Francci electric on several projects and are always pleased with the quality of work, attention to our customers needs and of course the best pricing! We highly recommend their services, and will continue to exclusively use them on all of our future projects.

Francci Electric is outstanding. Serge was really thorough, charged a reasonable rate, and is a great professional. He fixed an issue we had with our breaker and noted a handful of safety issues along the way that he took care of for us. Highly recommended!

I have had a couple of jobs that were complete nightmares and Serge was there to save the day. The quality of their work is always top notch and Francci Electric is very responsive. No matter how busy, they always find time to respond in a prompt and professional manner. The prices are always fair and work done in a timely manner, on budget, couldn't ask for anything more. Very honest, hard working, true craftsmen of the trade. Thanks Serge and guys for being so awesome.

I’ve had Francci Electric out for both small and large projects. For the large project, their price was so reasonable I thought I must have read the invoice wrong! They are very efficient, very thorough, and just genuinely good folks. I have a dog who hates strangers and Serge and his team have been so sweet about greeting her and giving her treats each time they come over so she learns to trust them.

It can be really hard to find contractors in our mountain town. We are so lucky to have a company like Francci nearby- what a blessing!

Serge has provided electrical upgrades on two residential remodel projects for me. One of these projects was a large electrical panel upgrade and one a smaller job. In both cases, he was prompt with his estimates and responsive to my scheduling needs. Serge does quality work and I would not hesitate to call Francci Electric and Controls for future projects.
