Cory was sent out by our home warranty company. Our boiler was not heating and with 3 little girls and cold weather we were so happy he was able to come the very next day and even earlier in the day than we had originally thought. He was professional and resolved the issue right away. We will be calling him for all of our future boiler issues!

Was forced to use them through home warranty company. Although there was a significant delay in obtaining the motor for our evaporative cooler, I was pleased with their eventual service & installation. The mechanic even included a free furnace check-up/cleaning.

Horrible company. Called to service and repair a furnace under warranty. They refused to service the unit or offer repair, even after citing they knew what was wrong and could fix it. Simply infuriating, would not recommend. Management should be ashamed of their level of customer service.

We used Pace & Son's through our home warranty with Fidelity. After visiting us last month to diagnose a second issue with our swamp cooler, we have essentially been ghosted by Pace & Son's. They told us our unit would need completely replaced, and they would get the report over to Fidelity ASAP to request the cash out option. This all seemed great, we had pretty much decided we would cash out with Fidelity and continue working with Pace & Son's for the replacement.

It has been 4 weeks, and not even Fidelity can reach them. Not to mention, there worker had a broken arm and looked pretty severely injured during his second visit to our house. The placement of ladder and lack of safety precautions probably explains why he fell off a roof at another location (he pretty much told us this happened, and he was claiming it was a personal injury to avoid workers comp).

The ladder was extremely wobbly and looked very unsafe on our property. My partner actually went out and held it for him to prevent a fall. Overall, we were initially impressed and then extremely let down with this service. They will not be getting any business from me, and I will bring up the poor service and unsafe work practices to anyone that asks about HVAC recommendations.

We have been using Pace & Sons through Blue Ribbon Home Warranty for many, many years. We have always received outstanding service from both Cory and Cory Jr. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciate their timely and honest service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC services.

Couldn't be happier! They installed dual furnaces and dual hot water heaters for my larger than average home, all in one day. Other estimates came in up to 2.5 X more. They were more than fair and the quality of their work was on point. I would, and often do recommend them to others. One of the best of many contractors/trades I have worked with in Evergreen. Our furnace stopped working, and with cold temperatures outside and two kids we needed it fixed quickly. I called several other HVAC service companies but the earliest appointments were days/weeks away. Fortunately, Pace & Sons was able to stop by to take a look on the same day. Corey was very friendly, didn't try to up-sell unnecessary services, gave us an honest assessment, and fixed the furnace at a reasonable price. We didn't have any other options, so he could have taken advantage of that position but didn't. Pace & Sons saved the day (or in this case freezing nights), and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Pace and Sons Mechanical was recommended to me by my home warranty company when my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was appreciated because of course this had to happen during the summer months when it’s so hot! We ended up needing to buy a brand new ac unit, but Corey and his son were great through this process. They were professional, honest, and helpful. The day of the installation they arrived on time, worked diligently to get us back up and running, and then finished in a timely manner. Corey walked us through everything we needed to know, and they left the house just as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend Pace and Sons Mechanical for your HVAC needs; they’re a trustworthy, family owned business and they do an awesome job!

Our furnace went down late Friday afternoon, and my wife and I thought we’d spend the weekend in a cold house. We contacted our management company with not much hope that it would be fixed before the weekend. However, to our mutual surprise and appreciation, Alex from Pace & Sons jumped into action. He came around with a smile and fixed the furnace in no time. Thank you, Alex, and thank you, Pace & Sons, for the quick and excellent service. This is a company that deserves everyone's support.

Our home warranty company hired Pace and Sons to come out when our furnace died. Alec came out and checked it out, and of course it started up perfectly for him. Anyone else would have said ok I’m done here and left, but he stuck around and after a few minutes the furnace shut off again. He troubleshooted and found an irreparable issue, and let me know unfortunately we’d need a new furnace. He went above and beyond to contact Blue Ribbon warranty several times when they initially said they weren’t going to cover the replacement and was able to get us coverage in the end. He and his brother Blake came the very next day to install our new furnace at a lower price than they initially quoted. All around a great experience despite the bad news of having to get a new system. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is they really should have a payment plan option for such a large purchase. Most people can’t afford a several thousand dollar surprise, and their credit card service charges 4%. That is the only improvement I can see, otherwise they were great!

If I remember correctly l think last year we were in desperate need of furnace assistance and our warranty place told us to call pace and son our last hope let me say they came out and were so friggin friendly,and heard out problem and handle it like the pros they are. So I will be using them again and would recommend them to anybody.

I have been using Pace and Sons for the past sixteen years. When I bought my townhome in southeast Denver, the furnace and air conditioning went out. I use them for a yearly tune-up and any other necessary work. They always answer the phone and show up on time. My mother has an air conditioning unit that is from 1968. They have come out every year and tuned it up and serviced it as needed. Honesty and integrity are what you get when you use Pace and Sons.
