Working with Sean was excellent. They did a fantastic job installing our new furnace at very fair and affordable price. I’ll be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Our furnace went out Thursday morning, I called AHC, and I had a new furnace installed by noon Friday.

They hauled all the old furnace away. All this at an estimate lower than any others we had.

Sean was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to repair a shot gas valve on my boiler system same-day, the day before I had to leave town for a week during a cold snap. He and his team were terrific. They were knowledgeable, respectful, skilled, conscientious, and timely. They arrived right when they said they would and then quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue. Then made calls to find the necessary replacement parts nearby and returned a few hours later to make sure I had a functioning system before my trip. Really above and beyond! His charge was perfectly reasonable and transparent. I’m exceedingly grateful and won’t hesitate to call them again.

Sean and his team are amazing! Our boiler went out a week after my wife and I purchased our home. We got different quotes from different companies and Sean was the most fair and reasonable price by far!!! Plus him and his team got the job done in no time and came back and made sure everything was on the up and up ! They were professional, .friendly and knowledgeable.. Definitely would recommend them for your heating service and I'll be using them in the future!!!

Sean was very responsive and knowledgeable. Had an old furnace that needed diagnosing and ended up needing replacement. He gave me all the options without trying to upsell me. He quickly made time in his busy schedule before the cold weather arrived. He and his son are trustworthy and do quality work. ACH is by far the best in the area!!! Not only did Sean and his team install a higher quality unit in less then a half a day. He did so at a thousand dollars under anyone else in the area.

This guy is a liar and a crook. We are lucky to be alive. Sean installed a boiler in our 2500 sft house that was made for a 1300 sft house. The boiler is also only for up to 8000 elevation, we are at 8880 elevation. He installed piping used for toilet plumbing, not HVAC. He flat out REFUSED to supply us with an itemized list of the supply costs for materials. He figured because our home warranty was paying a portion, he would hike up the prices and get away with whatever he could. He then pulled the "GOD" And "Jesus" card on us to try to get us on his level. NOPE.
Here we are 5 years later, lucky to be alive, because our house catch fire, and we didn't die from carbon monoxide, from the shotty, faulty work that was done in our home by ACH. And now we have to pay for another system.
Do NOT TRUST this man or this company. He will install the wrong equipment/ system so as to ensure you need more maintenance, or another system entirely.

Sean and sons installed AC for us this summer. We had a lot of questions before getting started and he took the time to answer them all and help us understand our options.

Sean came out and inspected our Instinct Combi heater for a knocking sound we were hearing. We couldn’t get it to replicate while he was here 🙈but he educated us on our system and was so nice and professional. We will def be using them in the future.

We have trusted Pace and Sons with the installation and upkeep of our HVAC unit and water heater. They have been nothing but kind, professional, and fair. When others said we should replace our HVAC unit, Cory and Alec reassured us that the system would be fine for a few more years (Saving us money).
