Constraction reviews in Severance, Colorado

CLC has been great to work with from the ladies in the office getting me on their schedule for a sprinkler blow out at the last minute to Aidan who took care of the service and was a pleasure to work with.

Great Communication, amazing creativity, and they went above and beyond. Ian and crew are sooo friendly and thoughtful. Plus unbeatable prices.

A very kind gentlemen was blowing out the sprinklers for my neighbor, and despite being booked-solid (this was the 2nd week in October), he graciously agreed to fit me into the schedule and blew out my sprinklers right after my neighbor's. It was a such a blessing because I had been remiss in not scheduling my sprinkler blow, I had a trip planned and I was nervous about a drop in temps while I was gone. Also, I have a well. He was very knowledgeable about wells. He took the time to really listen to my specific concerns and went above and beyond! He was so very professional. I very highly recommend!

Awesome landscaping company! We could not be happier with the pavers we had installed recently, and the crew was so kind with all of our already existing landscaping and tidied up so well after finishing the job. Very great experience.

We hired CLC to restore a large area of our landscaping that had been neglected and was growing wild. It was a 5-day job with lots to redo and keep track of but Justin and his team didn’t miss a single detail. His team was always on time and polite, and they left everything better than it had been even without us asking for it: i.e. trimming back ungainly trees/bushes when they could have just rocked/mulched under them, fixed a sunken section of our flagstone walkway when all we’d asked was for some edging to go along the side, made sure the plants we were adding to the rocked area had some mulch under them to absorb water. This was all included in the original quote - no extra was charged for these. I appreciated that they knew exactly what tweaks to make to get the job done right, and the result is a beautiful new outdoor space! We’re so happy with the work CLC did and definitely recommend them to anyone.

(Included: some before and after photos. Please excuse the sod, it’s outside the scope of the project and next on our list!)

CLC did a great job with our yard project. We love our new yard! Dependable blow out services. Good company.

We were highly impressed with CLC Landscape & Irrigation’s timeliness, professionalism, and fair pricing. From the moment we reached out to the completion of our backyard, the entire process took just one month! They worked with us to design our dream backyard to be completed in phases, all while staying within our budget. Additionally, they provided excellent referrals for concrete and collaborated seamlessly with the concrete company to ensure the project was completed on time. Ian went above and beyond, taking the time to build a strong, lasting relationship with our family, even planning for future projects down the line. The crew members were incredibly kind and respectful throughout the project. We will definitely be using CLC Landscape & Irrigation for all of our future yard and landscaping needs

Hired them for pre-spring landscape cleanup and spring prep. 1/2 acre, fully landscaped yard. Result. Amazing company. Hard workers. Polite, professional, and detail oriented. Did not know them before this hire. Don’t hesitate to bring them on board.

They did an excellent job on my patio and stairs.
I would definitely use again and I recommend them to all my family and friends!

Marco is your man for concrete. The quality in his work was awesome with great communication. Thank you guys!

We used Cimarron Concrete in May 2020. We had a very large circular driveway and a large concrete pad in the back yard. Marco estimated the project very well. His large crew showed up on time and did a great job! Highly recommend this company!

I researched concrete contractors for my mother-in-law in Fort Collins to replace her driveway and front walkway and gave her three names. She contacted Cimarron Concrete first and after talking with Marco about the project, she felt like she didn't need to contact the others. She thoroughly enjoyed working with Marco and is thrilled with her new driveway and walkway. Even though she doesn't have a computer and is not online, she was so satisfied with their work that she wanted me to write this review on her behalf.

We were in need of a driveway, walkway and back patio replacement due to years of settling around the house. We reached out to several concrete contractors for estimates but what impressed me about Marco at Cimarron Concrete, other than the positive online reviews, was the fact that he went beyond the concrete when he came out for the estimate. He took the time to walk around the property to ensure we didn’t have any other reason for our concrete issues (slope, downspouts, etc). Marco is friendly and very easy to work with, his crew was friendly while on site. He kept us informed and updated on the progress of the project as well as any issues with weather that would impact progress or pour dates. Most importantly, we are very happy with the final product. Our patio looks great! The driveway is level once again.

Great work and easy to work with.

Bathroom Remodel -
I heard about them through a friend referral. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry. Extremely competitive as far as price. Scheduled the work, they showed up on time, and surprisingly finished earlier than originally planned. The quality of the work was excellent. Overall great experience , I would highly recommend them.

My wife, Denise, and I want to heartily recommend Don Pope and Castle Pines Construction for any build or remodel project you may be considering. Don was thorough, detailed and exacting with every phase of our basement remodel. His integrity and attention to detail were very gratifying. He demonstrated a solid hands-on knowledge of framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile work, flooring and finish skills. He is very congenial and easy to talk with regarding any change-orders or modifications. As a bonus, he even helped me configure my home network. And all at a GREAT price! Thanks Don!

Don helped us with the design and oversaw the construction of our basement finish in the spring of 2024. His attention to detail both on the design and each part of the process was top-notch and the project turned out exactly as we had hoped. I would recommend him for work in the future.

I have worked with Don on a variety of projects over the past few years and have nothing but the highest regard for his work and for him as a person to work with! Unfortunately, in his profession this is something that is somewhat rare/hard to find. So, once I found Don I have never called another contractor or repair person without calling him first.

I could write a really long review - fearful that no one would read it; but Don's first job with me was a critical remodel/bathroom install for a house I had bought that my disabled father HAD to move in to. Time was critical in this event and Don became our family hero - "Jack of all trades." He did EVERYTHING for us. Electrical work, HVAC work, plumbing, electrical, construction, moving walls, building closets, putting in a shower, toilet, lighting and a sink/vanity. To say Don saved the day for us would be an understatement.

This man, and his company are the best I have ever seen - and I'm old'ish (68) and have owned quite a few homes. This is your person should you ever need what he offers. I give you my word.

Castle pines is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend castle pines to anyone looking to perform work in their house especially if they wanted to have their basement finished.

Our company Old World Painting Family has had the opportunity to be a part of Castlepines beautiful remodels doing the painting and stain work in 4 different basements. Don cares for his projects and the needs of his customers at a top notch level and the finished product shows. We are very pleased to work with Castlepines construction and would highly recommend to anyone in Northern Colorado

I cannot say enough good things about Don at Castle Pines Construction! From start to finish, Don showed efficiency, honesty, and with great communications. We recently had our basement flooring damaged, and with family visiting soon, we were in a serious time crunch.

Don not only understood our urgency but went above and beyond to complete the project.. His workmanship in replacing the damaged flooring was impeccable, and he exceeded all our expectations. Despite the pressure and tight timeline, Don's professionalism never wavered. The quality and precision of his work have left us thoroughly impressed, and our basement now looks as good as new.

If you are looking for someone who is reliable, transparent, and incredibly skilled, Don at Castle Pines Construction is your guy. We highly recommend his services and will certainly reach out to him for any future projects. Thank you, Don, for your exceptional work!
