I've been using Cristine / Paradigm for the housekeeping on my vacation rental property since December of 2018. They do about 4-6 cleans per month at my property depending on the booking schedule. I've had no problems to date and no negative guest reviews pertaining to the general cleanliness of the property. Cristine will even suggest ways of making the house run more efficiently and to prevent issues from developing. I've been very happy in my decision to hire her company.

I have been working with Paradigm/Cristine for 2 years now for our short-term rental and have been very happy with the diligence, responsiveness, and cleanliness of the cleaning service. I can trust them to help when needed, they have gone above-and-beyond on several occasions and they always strive to do what is right.

Paradigm has been cleaning my Colorado Rental Condo for a number of years! They do a fabulous job and tell me when they notice things that need repair. When you have a rental unit that is really important.

The maid walked out without saying anything from my 3 BR condo after my at-risk friend politely asked the cleaner to wear a mask. The owner would not return phone calls, but said via text that we were 'rude' and 'the dishes were piled up.' The maid did not say anything to me, as I stayed in a different part of the home for her to clean maskless. The entire interaction with Paradigm was caught on my Nest Security cam - and owner refused to view the video. Attached are images, as the owner said the unit was too dirty to clean.

We love Paradigm Cleaners! For almost six years now we have used Paradigm Cleaners on a bimonthly basis and without exception each experience has been good. The personnel that comes for any given appointment does a beautiful job from top to bottom and is timely as well. Each one has been friendly and trustworthy—we completely trust them with our garage code and even our dog has befriended them :). I especially love their flexibility when on occasion I need to reschedule an appointment. Highly recommend!
