Zach did a great job. Drove over 2 hours to get to our home in an emergency. Explained the situation and set up multiple heaters.

Casey and Shaun did a great job jetting out our sewer system. They explained the process and made sure our drain was all clear. I've had very good experiences with PSI and would recommend them! It's a bonus when you get help from people like Casey that are upbeat and patient with answering questions from a stressed homeowner.

Casey and Tyler were the technicians that serviced our leaking kitchen sink. He was super efficient and helped answer all my questions. Highly recommend PSI for their ease of booking, customer service and responsiveness.

Josh did a great job diagnosing and trouble shooting our furnace issue and even recommended how to save a few $. Sadly we had to pay the weekend rate which is high- not his fault…

Andre was great at figuring out an issue that was not simple and taking the time to talk with me (remotely) through the process getting the issue figured out and fixed. Taking time to work with the plumbing side of the house making sure they also understood the issues.

We have had PSI out two times so far to fix a problem with our boiler and water heating issue that started over Labor Day weekend. They were very prompt on getting Tristan out to help us. He came within 4 hours of our call on a Saturday. Tristan was able to identify the issue, provide a temporary fix so that we could get hot water until the long-term issue was fixed. Tristan was terrific to work with. We appreciated his care and help with a difficult situation.

The next visit was by Guillermo who was very good with communication throughout the process of coming to our house and explaining what was needed and why. He was prompt, friendly and professional. We would definitely use this company again

Chris was the most helpful at each and every step: he took pictures of the attic and gave a detailed account of the damages and solutions. His work was swift and efficient.

John was excellent. Did a great job. It’s not his company. The pricing was literally OUTRAGEOUS. Installing literally less than 30 dollars worth of pipe and spending about one hour onsite and the charge was just at 950.00. This is really outrageous.

Guillermo was here to replace a valve on our heater. He did a great job! He was both timely and conscientious. He explained exactly what he was doing and followed up after the system was repressurized, ensuring his work was done correctly. I was very impressed.

I want to give a shout out to Kenneth and Casey from PSI plumbing.They were able to fix my plumbing problem and address another unknown issue .They used a camera in my drain while I watched and they explained everything to me in detail. These guys were fast and thorough and very professional.🤙🏼
